Relocated to Texas (Frisco) from CA (Danville). First move in 20 years. We chose North American after having three companies bid because the ops manager (Gus) was, by far, the best. However, and after, everyone else who touched the move (from the packers to Matt and transport and unloading in Teas) was also incredible. Finally, we actually paid a bit more than the other bids we received -- we just weren't sure they would deliver -- and isn't that the best review anyone could give: you paid just a bit more and were incredibly happy with the entire thing. On a scale of 1-5 stars I give these guys a 6.

Robb and Messer at NAVL were incredible. Very good communication and customer service before and during move. R&M provided a quote that seemed fair and final move cost was very close to the original. We couldn't have been happier with the move overall.

Honestly, this was the first moving company we have ever used and they were truly amazing! Highly recommend!! On time for pick up n drop off. Quick to load and unload. Nothing was damaged. It was a great experience.

They were very professional and careful with all the packing & noting the box contents. I would highly recommend them.
