I've been to this location multiple times. The staff there seems to treat me like I'm a complete inconvenience to them. And they usually don't have what I'm looking for anyway, their prices are really high on oil and other auto parts.

This Napa Auto parts is the best. As is all Napa Auto's. I often go in looking for hard to find parts. These guys in Petaluma go the extera efforts to find it. Even look in the old books if need be. Santa Rosa is pretty good too. I'd guess all Napa Auto Parts in all are real car people

I have a small fleet of commercial truck and several company pick up trucks. We buy a lot of parts. Usually I am down at the Novato store. This was my first experience with the Petaluma store and it was a good one. I needed parts for a water tender that was working in Lake County. I had some iffy descriptions of the parts needed from my driver in the field but Aaron was able to figure out what I needed and they had it in stock. I can't tell you how important a good counter person is at an auto parts store. They saved me again!

Ok so napa has always been my go to place for my automotive needs since I am retired from managing a large fleet for a local government in Marin co for over 30 yrs and used a Napa dealer for our needs. The parts people we all very knowledgeable and knew what they were selling. So when I needed parts I would go to the local napa store here in town for my needs and received the same service I was used to, knowledgeable and helpful which I thought that's what napa prides themselves on. My Last visit there was less than impressive and I thought to myself oh my what happened. I wasn't going to review them at the time because I don't usually review. But today I was talking to a friend and he told me it had changed hands and that's what prompted me to review because boy has it gone down hill in a hurry and now I know why. So without calling anybody out I think the new owner better get it together with his staff. Meanwhile I may as well go to some other facility for my needs and will no longer refer my customers there which I had been doing frequently. I will wait several months before I return there to see if there has been any change.

Great place if you need good Auto parts. Knowledgeable people. Aaron who manages the place has been in the business for years if you need an expert he's the one to talk to. It might cost a little more than other places but you will get quality parts and great service.

Needed a Sensor. Was given the wrong one. Came back to exchange next day and was told they don’t take back electrical parts. Told them this was on them and it wasn’t even used (couldn’t even fit truck). Exchanged it and then was charged 7 more dollars for part that does fit. Pretty disappointed
