Ian Foust at State Farm in Petaluma gets a five star rating from me!!! I had taken over an existing business and it was Ian who helped me sort out and understand what coverage I had in place. He was instrumental in obtaining additional coverage in areas I was underinsured. Ian was always responsive to my calls and emails and very patient with me as we worked through my insurance concerns. If he didn’t know the answer off hand, he would research and get back to me promptly. It was a pleasure working with Ian! B. Haley
