I actually would prefer to give this company a "0". The owner of this company literally hit my bumper and is stating he did not and he is lying that he was parked in a legal space. I have pictures that show he was not parked legally as well pictures of how close he was. I was parked in the lines for the my parking space. It is very concerning that an owner of a company does not even take on his own responsibility. Now I understand why their rating is so very low.
