Micheal Waterman Home loans is the only lender I would recommend. He and Carla worked diligently and made our family’s dream of owning a home come true. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found this team. He explained different approaches and ways to get us what we needed and he even set us up with a realtor that was just as dedicated and patient. Where do I begin? Michael and Ofra were not only very easy to work with but they communicate very well with each other and us. We tried to refinance last year with Wells Fargo and it was a nightmare and after waiting two months without a close we gave up on Wells fargo and waited for an alternative. We got referred to supreme lending with Michael and Ofra from someone with a great experience and they got a great rate so we figured we would reach out.Long story short, we were able to close out a great refinance deal in just 3 weeks! So easy! I uploaded all the documents in a secured portal and Ofra and Michael did all the rest of the work besides the signatures we needed to complete. I encourage anyone looking for finance or refinance to use them. We have them saved and look forward to stay in touch and referring them out.They have been a blessing to our family because they cared about our needs and made sure to make the process stress free which is helpful with two kids and our business being so demanding.Thank you both again!

I have been a very very active realtor in Sonoma County since 1999. I have used many mortgage lenders. There are 3 things that I believe are most important in the performance of ones lender. Michael is 5 stars in all 3. 1. Answers his phone calls, emails and text messages very quickly. 2. Has a sharp business mind to obtain the lowest rates and work creatively with underwriters if necessary. 3. Pleasant demeanor even through the hurdles that may come up. Never take that for granted. Use this guy and you will be so grateful.
