I refuse to go there for like 3 year already I remember the lady seemed like a stuck-up person front desk.

It's such a charming and unique hotel. It was perfect walking distance to downtown for us. Rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the cute outside patio filled with seating and fire pits. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at the Metro Hotel in Petaluma CA a number of times and are never disappointed. It is a lovely boutique hotel with a distinctive Parisian flavor that we especially enjoy. The staff is great. I highly recommend The Metro.

A charming French boutique. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Metro Hotel. The French crepes at breakfast were especially a treat. Even though we came from a huge room at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco, which was three times the size of our room at the Metro, we found every little detail in our room delightful!

What a gorgeous hotel! Every detail is a wonderment and visual playground. French inspired, no matter where you are in the building it is a trove of curiosity. Coby, at the front desk, is so friendly and even upgraded our room! Finding it was super simple and parking is a breeze either on the street or in their parking lot.
Thank you, Google, for this unique and spectacular find!!!
Safety: Located in a quiet and removed neighborhood
Noteworthy details: Even down to the coffee and mini wet bar, no detail is spared!

Check in on 4/2/24. Room 200 on 2nd floor. View of street. 2 rooms- cal king and twin pull out bed. Very cute hotel with lots of Parisian charm. Greeted and got an upgrade by a friendly concierge who also gave us a quick tour of our room. Bedding was wonderful from sheets to duvet- Serena and Lilly. Claw foot old school tub. Bathroom sink could use more counter space. An actual key to room door and not a card. For 5$ person, you get complementary crepes, Joshua tree dark roast coffee, and pastries for breakfast from 8-10am. Beware of very narrow staircase, wood floors are squeaky hence so many rugs so walk with caution. Came here for a quick spontaneous birthday to celebrate by 46th with my love. Thank for a wonderful memory.

This place is so charming! The experience of staying here is a million times better than staying at any corporate chain hotel. You feel like you've stepped into a Parisian mom-and-pop hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating. The afternoon wine service and morning coffee and crepes were delightful. We stayed in the cottage, which felt private and self-contained, and the beds were comfy. The location is an easy walk to all of downtown, and a block away are good breakfast (Aqus Cafe) and an organic juice shop. The rates are very reasonable, and I'd definitely choose the Metro over an Airbnb if I ever stay in Petaluma again.

Loved the coffee and crepes in the morning! Last stayed here over 15 years ago and it was cute then, but since they have really done a lot to make it more of a destination in town. Would love to see an afternoon wine & cheese added someday!PS -I have never seen a tv quite so large!Walkability: Able to walk to downtown in less than 10 minutes!

Such a sweet place to stay. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were cozy and the crepes were amazing. I visited with my sister and we had a magical time. It was a great first stop on our trip to wine country and then the coast. I’ll definitely be back.
