5 stars for Jason! He made the process very simple and informative. Listen to our needs and gave mattress recommendations based on my personal injury. While shopping for a mattress may seem easy, it sure is not for me. Mattress shopping is a big deal. I was taking advice from others, when I decided to go back to the Mattress Firm located in Petaluma, I was treated so kindly last time I was there, and I am so happy I went back! I was there 3 years ago and shared my experience with the gentleman who helped me. Turns out, he not only trained the lady who helped me then, but he now manages the store too. (How cool to be taken care of by the manager.) I really appreciate the knowledge level, and the care to truly offer me the best mattress for me. I got to pick free from judgement, and when I was ready to make my selection, in the end he praised me for my pick. Last thing before I left, he said, "you will be sleeping better soon." While that might sound like a line, or unmeaningful to some people, I strongly disagree. Thank you for everything Aristotle, you have one VERY happy client! This is 5 Stars Service!!!!!

My husband and I bought a new mattress at MFP over Labor Day weekend. Aristotle was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and he didn't pressure us to buy, which we appreciated. Our mattress was delivered the next day, and the two men who delivered it were friendly, professional and exceedingly fast in removing our old mattress and installing the new one. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend this store without hesitation.
