this review is for customer service, or rather lack thereof. my order was delayed, and I had billing questions. I have emailed them so many times I lost count, but I have not heard anything back. I am honestly shocked a small local company acts this way.Response to Marin bikes. The dealer has actually been very helpful in every way. However, the delay and billing was in regards to my purchase directly through your website. They did everything they could to help me. I find this level of response very representative of my previous experiences with this company. Finally, the email you are suggesting I use is the same one I have sent many emails to already, without as much as a response. Thank you.

Like many people I bought a new bike during Covid since I could not go to the gym. I shopped around only to find that most places were sold out in my price range. I read reviews about Marin Bikes so decided to pursue getting one. Bike shops in Washington were sold out so I ended up finding one in California that was willing to ship a Fairfax 1 bike to me. I believe it is considered to be a hybrid bike which is perfect for me since I ride for recreation and fitness. I could not be happier with my selection! I literally have no complaints. It is very sturdy and well made and handles easily. If you are debating whether or not to get one debate no more. It's well worth the money. Very happy with Marin Bikes!

The paint finish on my 2 year old, lightly used marin muirwoods chips easily and is obviously defective as none of my previous bikes from other manufacturers had this issue. Marin did not want to help as the warranty is only 1 year on paint. I will not buy another Marin bike in the future.

I love my Marin Gestalt 2.5! I bought it a month ago and have put hundreds of miles on it which includes a continuous single day 50.7 mile ride on paved trails. Every time I get on this bike I see “Marin made for fun” written on top of the fork post, you guys definitely nailed the fun part. It’s fast, comfortable, has great components/frame, and fits me perfectly. This bike is one of many I own but the only Marin brand. Before I bought this bike, I test drove several other bikes including comparable Specialized and Trek models. None of them compared to the Gestalt 2.5 on how they rode/felt. Great job Marin for making this awesome bike!

(Translated by Google) The rating refers to the service of Marin. Bought a bike 9 years ago and always had problems with the components (fork recalls, leaking brakes, etc.) now it can happen that you get a Monday model. I still enjoyed the bike. Then after 9 years what shouldn't happen happened. Broken frame!...Fortunately nothing happened. Well, on to the dealer and reported the case, he immediately opened a ticket.Marin doesn't manage to give a notice after 4 weeks whether it's a guarantee case or not. So good service is different. Also ein guter Service geht anders. Echt schade...

Love my Marin, looking for a new bike for my disabled daughter. Looks like they changed to trigger shifters instead of twisting. Are there any that still have these? She has a trigger one and can’t figure out which one to push, front or back and lands in the wrong gear. With the others it it forward or back so I think it would be easier so we can go out more without her wanting to quit after 5 miles.

I love my Rock Springs (Series 2) mountain bike and started using it for my commute, as well as trail riding. After some years, the left crank fell off. Apparently it was missing a crank cap/bolt that secures it better than just the allen screws alone. I'm skeptical of it having fallen off and I think its more likely that it was forgotten when the bike shop (since closed) assembled the bike. Customer service was really helpful. The part was hard to find online, so they shipped it to me promptly. I am now back up and riding.

Long time Marin fan...I have a Mt Vision 5.7 which I rode for a solid 9 or 10 years and I recently bought a 2020 Hawk Hill 2. Had a warranty repair with the fork which rockshox made right and another slight prob which Marin is working with me on right now. They are slammed just like everyone else now so a little slow to respond but once they engaged I was really impressed. Can’t go wrong with the hawk hill....now renamed the “rift zone 27.5”. It’s a blast to ride.

I walked in not knowing a thing about this location, but I have a bike, and wanted some stickers. Mission accomplished, great folks.
