My car would not start so we had it towed to local heros. The manager said I didn't have a drop of oil in it. That was not true. I had the oil changed recently and no light came on and no loss of oil. He proceeded to say they were going to inject a cleaner in 3 places and that with the inspection, it would be $548. First of all no one tells me what they are going to do without my ok. I said no you are not. He said inspection would be 189. I said no, hecsats well we already dud a hakf hour.Now every one knows it takes a few minutes via computer to check out the car. I saw a montor on my car. I said no. He said everything checked out, they charged the battery. So this guy was truly stacking the deck. I could see his fast talking was to build his numbers. He actually did an oil change with out my approval. I paid the 124. Then a day later my battery is dead. That was the problem all a long. So this guy orders the battery cost 204. And charges labor to put it in, of course. So in the end, we will never go back. Too bad they didnt have Joe .the prior manager. We had him several times. He was honest and we trusted him.

Another job well done by these Heroes. One of our trucks had an issue with the heater core and Local Heroes quoted us a fair price, completed the service in record time and we ended up paying a little less than quoted because there were items that didn't need to be done after all. Where else can you take your care to such honest people. Hydrex Pest Control takes all of our trucks to Local Heroes. You should too.

I had broke down in Petaluma one afternoon, had my car towed to local heros mechanics there, They replaced my alternator,and out the door I went. Later realizing from piner I'd thought the year prior,I'd replaced the alternator then. Called Melissa from other store, and she was awesome, they had replaced for free, and reimbursed me for new one.Soooo that was very nice.Thanks all...

Excellent work done quicklyI called to schedule headlight lens resurfacing fory 2007 Mazda last week. They said they could get me in and out the following Monday afternoon. Here I am, and the results are dramatic and the job was fairly priced.I was so pleased I booked an oil change for next week. I think I have a new mechanic.

Stellar customer service!! Above and beyond, kind and caring. Bernadett was patient and kind and extra helpful as I tried to deal with an insurance problem. She had me cancel my Uber so that she could take me home, and later she picked me up too. Joe was patient and kind as he explained mechanical issues, and he worked to save me some money on repairs. I highly recommend Local Heroes.
