Went for a simple tire repair. Wanted double the going rate for a tire patch. When I said to the guy that’s about double what it normally costs he just laughed at me. So I Went to pep boys got it fixed for the normal price.

Cannot recommend enough! Friendly, efficient and quality service. I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection knowing I was going to need to get a couple of things done. Everything was communicated with me clearly and made the service seamless!

Been coming to Hero's for yrs. Teri and Joe are pleasant and professional easy to speak with when making an appointment or working on your vehicle the mechanic are excellent at their job's it's definitely a place to have your vehicle worked on.

Poor communication and attention to details. On multiple occasions the service manager ignored the background information I gave him on the issue I was having. Which resulted in them undoing the temporary fix that I had previously paid someone to do until I could get it properly repaired. If he had listened to the information I gave him, he would’ve been able to tell me that he didn’t have the capability to properly repair my issue in the first place. Instead he charged me to undo the temporary fix and then told me that he didn’t have the capability to repair it.

These folks have worked on both a diesel pickup and a dump trailer for me, pickup at Corona location and trailer at the west side shop. Both experiences were marked by friendly people, great communication, honesty and transparency, excellent and efficient service, and very reasonable prices. Will definitely return for future work.
