Huge store. Lots of sections including plus sizes and extra long for men. Nice changing rooms. Everything was organized/clean.

I like this store because of the specials and coupons where you can save something. I don't like it when they put yeva one and the other at half price ? because it's expensive.

Great store, they give good reason for Brick & Mortar. Good selection and not all products are from China. Worth your time, worth the money.
Good selection of goods butane sure you get the Kohls card to get best possible value .

If you shop Kohls in petaluma, and you by chance get the cashier by rhe name of Joie,you will absolutely love her! And make you want to come back and shop there. She has the greatest personality!!!

I was in the Petaluma store on Saturday and left my keys somewhere. I tried looking every where I had been which was from end to end if the store.
Finally I gave up and reported it to customer service. Stacy was amazing, she searched all over the store for me. She enlisted Kevin who even searched in and outside and reviewed video tape. Fortunately it wasn't super busy and they gave everything they could, to help me. I finally had my husband pick me up. A customer found the keys and turned them in. Stacy called me and was happy to tell me, that she had them and I could pick up at my convenience. I own a business and know how valuable customer service is. Stacy and Kevin were amazing!! Thank you so much!!
