These guys wasted my time. I am visiting and travelling around the USA and rely on good service at motorcycle shops. I took a recommendation from the parts department and ordered some quite expensive tires.
I called back a couple of days later to find out the tires were actually on back order and wont arrive until after I need to leave the area. Now I need to hunt around other places and hope someone has something in stock for my bike.
I'm super annoyed.

Had a great experience with the sales and service team at K&B Motorsports. Very helpful and knowledgeable dealership with a well stocked parts department and a great selection of new and pre-owned machines!

was told an estimated 2 weeks to service a unit, never got a call and found out it was pushed back another week. Had some sticker shock of their labor prices. seems like they're short staffed by the lack of customer service

I had my 2002 Kymco People 150 serviced by K&B after it had been in the garage for 1.5 years. They have been servicing it for awhile even though it is not a brand they carry. I knew nothing except that the battery was dead, very dead. They did an INCREDIBLE job. The scooter has never run better. When I sent it up to them via AAA I thought this might be the end for her. The cost was more than reasonable. They serviced it and did everything that we talked about and delivered it on the schedule they told me. Very refreshing! These guys are awesome and I will refer anyone to them.SPECIAL KUDOS TO ADAM, HE WAS SO SO EASY TO WORK WITH!!

I just bought a new 2023 ninja 650 from K&B, Christian was really helpful walking me through the process/options of financing and he went the extra mile to make it quick and easy. They have a ton of inventory to pick from, fair pricing, and friendly staff... AND 15% discount on gear when you purchase a bike! If you like dirt bikes you'll appreciate their knowledgeable veteran rider that is in the show room to help customers. I plan to return for the bikes break-in maintenance, the service technician that prepped my bike was nice and made sure i understood the nuances of operating the model i got.

Recently purchased a 2023 KTM duke 890R from kb motorsprts. The transaction was perfectly smooth Christian is awesome he gave me a super fair deal on my trade in it helped me out by not dealing with the typical craigslist flakes/lowballers. This should be my 3rd ktm I purchased from them but it's actually my 2nd due to not having it in stock a ktm 500 excf I wanted. Buy with kb motorsprts there will not be any markup on the msrp. Another thing their service department does good work I had my 2022 690 smcr and my 2023 500 EXCF service there. Super fair rates compared locally to me.Thanks kb motorsports for the 2022 ktm 690 smcr and my brand new 2023 KTM duke 890R
