  I am not going to get into details, but the management of this store is atrocious. Mary Jo in particular was an extremely rude and hostile individual. Stay away from that store.

  Very disappointed about the service Scandinavian Designs provides. I have been waiting weeks for the shelf I ordered (which is uncommon when ordering online) and they delivered the wrong pieces for the main structure. I absolutely regret trusting them. Moreover, the delivery process was very disorganized.
