Please look for another dealership. Bought a car at their Vacaville dealership and have had nothing but issues. Unfortunately, bought an extended warranty and all advice against it was true. Dealt with Fred, Salesman, Mike a Thompson, Finance Manager and Richard DeLuna, GM. All have given me great “lip service” with no follow through. Please look to other dealership before buying with Wise Automotive Group.

Our Salesperson, Stephen Delair, was by far the most delightful, informative and professional salesperson I have ever dealt with. I usually leave a car dealership with a headache, and a horror story, however, this time I left the dealership with a new Hyundai Tucson and a smile on my face, all due to Stephen Delair's friendliness and professionalism.

This is a partial review until we pick up our car next week. They were very nice and helpful. Generally a very good experience. Sales person was great, very casual and personable. It took longer than expected and we were there over 4 hours to complete the purchase, so a heads up at the outset to let us know there was only one person to complete the transaction would have been helpful. Bought a Kona EV, which is hard for them to get. Upside is they were great about explaining the process when I called and when I got there. Downside is they had a dealer upcharge of $3000 that they didn't tell us about until we asked why the price was higher than Hyundai advertises. However, this is common with this vehicle, which is in high demand, and they charged less than the other dealers in the area. The transaction is not complete until we pick it up next week, so I'll try to update the review when we get the car.
