Great help, friendly, clean, hospitable. The store is clean, well stocked and great selections but I do have one concern, the Talavera prices are a little high. But I'm definitely coming back to Petaluma

This review is for Nick, the super awesome and nice cashier that left the register to help me pick up a piece of furniture and carry it to the register, to then put it back and get another piece of furniture. He was very kind, helpful, and didn't make me feel like a bother. He even helped me inspect the furniture I was looking at to make sure it wasn't damaged or scuffed. I bought a very cute stool and frame. Thanks Nick! :)

Overall a good store with a ton of stuff (a lot junk, some good finds), super busy, browded and feels cluttered but you can find some legit bargains.

I called ahead of a return of a sofa. I was instructed to just come to the register which I did. I get in line, and the man behind the counter instructs me to bring the car to the curb and he will send help to unload. I do as he said and no help was sent. I get in the line again and he instructs me to wait for the help by the door, and there I go again. Two young women came and said the flat carts are all occupied, and barely carry the couch in the door. I go back to the register and he again asks me to get back in line, 3rd time! After the return was made I walked up to him and said how rude and frustrating the return had been and the fact that he lacked proper training, a return should not have taken over 45 minutes. At this the woman who made the return basically yelled at me to leave that I was harassing him. Well let me tell you something, don't shop on Tuesdays at 5 pm in the Petaluma store, unless you want to be treated like crap.
