I recently bought a brand new Honda Prologue, everyone was very friendly and helpful, Julio, John, Louis, Caden and Christian. didn’t feel pressured to buy, and they tried their best to give me a good deal.
Unfortunately my car had issues with the AC and even though it is still at the shop they have made sure that I have a car.
Thank you very much. I will definitely buy from them again.

Purchased a brand new Honda Civic 2018 from Hansel Honda. Out of the blue, the paint started to chip on all door handles and mirror caps, nowhere else on the car. It's gotten to the point where it looks abysmal (pictured). Contacted Hansel Honda, took it to their body shop where they confirmed that the side mirrors and handles were factory replacements with cheaper paint. However they said they would not cover the re-paint because there was no recall and directed me to go through Honda corporate. Honda corporate will not cover this replacement as it's not a recall and Hansel refuses to cover the repairs. This should not fall on the buyer to replace a factory defect.
I have a large family, we all buy cars, but we will never purchase a vehicle from Hansel again. I wouldn't buy a car from here or you'll end up having thousands of dollars worth of cheap paint replacement costs.

My wife and I are very pleased with Hansel Honda 100%! We purchased 2 cars from them in the past and have been treated awesome! And now through the years the service dept. has always treated us with respect. They are always very pleasant and kind on the phone and in person. ( For example, Brandyn, she always has a smile and is very pleasant to deal with. She explains everything so clear. )The only negative thing I can say is closed on Saturdays, but they deserve to have the weekend off!Those who are not happy with Hansel, maybe they are not happy people inside and they should consider that life is stressful and the more we are kind to others the more it will be reciprocated and they may become happier people to deal with!Thank You Hansel!Dale S.
