No complaints. Store was super clean and stocked. Cashier was - fine. They were having some kind of sewage leak so it smelled outside. But maybe that's just Petaluma LOL. Fairly easy on/off freeway.

At 5.98 a gallon you can't beat that it's .50 cents cheaper than anywhere else.

Went in to pick up a door dash order to use up some credits I had (I'm not a driver, but a customer) they didn't have the item but she didn't know how to adjust or refund the order so she tried to get me to pay. When I said that wasn't right she told me she had a line she had to deal with. What awful customer service, store was empty when I first went in. I had to stop myself from jumping over the counter. Maybe their owner should just remove the location from Doordash if they can't train them to use the platform. I stopped getting gas here too because of the price gouging and started going to Costco (my preference) or speedway in town (if I'm desperately low on fuel).

I come to this gas station almost daily. All the other store attendants know me and are super nice, helpful caring and funny ! however David is rude, short answered, ALWAYS has an attitude like he doesn’t want to be there. He NEVER helps people unless it’s behind the glass or can reach it from where he isIt’s sad how 1 bad Apple can ruin your business and ratings.

Nice people working here. Exchange your propane tanks and buy gas with Safeway discount. These prices are a bit high but the station is very nice.

Nick is awesome and so informative. Greeted me right away. Very personable and passionate about his job . I even offered him a position at my store and did turn me down because he "loves his job so much"

I come in here almost daily if not every other day. Majority of the staff is Amazing! Helpful, friendly, kind and willing to help! But David is RUDE!!Every time I come in and he's working he always has an attitude, if it's not behind his area he can't help. I Was driving home last month and realized when I pulled off the freeway I had a flat tire so I stop at the gas station ask him if I can use the air, He looked at me turned around bent down and did some thing and walked away. I asked him again can I please use your air, he rudly said "what do you think I just pushed"? I told him I don't know because 1. He didn't answer me 2. I don't work there and 3. I don't know what he does behind the counter. He rudely responded with "it's on" so I said thank you and walked out, when I got there the machine was not on so I go back in and ask him to do it again.He said he push the button and if it's not on there's nothing he can do about it? Just tonight I walked in and said hello, He looked me right in my face and said nothing so I said hello again.. he turned his back and made a remark I couldn't hear, so I asked if whatever he said he was talking to me, he said yes and he doesn't have to speak if he doesn't want to? Umm the last time I checked this was part of customer service! If he can't be kind or at least decent and help customers like he's paid to do why are you working with the public? It's crazy how 1 bad Apple can spoil all the good work everyone else does!!

Very bad experience with this gas station I have a pizza store in Petaluma our weekdays closing timing is 10pm and weekend closing timing is 11pm 5 to 6 time I visited this gas station for gas and for personal stuff to buy every time there is a one guy his name is martinus or Martin in the night shift. on the website this gas station is 24/7 open but when i go 10pm it was close when I go 11pm again it was close.every time the guy inside name of martinis or Martin he always handraise we are closed now today I wait for sometime and after me 2 to 3 customers came and same thing happen with that customers also after that I called to stores number and I ask the reason he don't have the satisfactory answer and he hang my ph and open the door in the same time I asked the owner number he is refused very badly. Pls pass my msg to the extra mile management or the team pls take care of it.thanks. Well wisher.

That terrible female does not work here anymore. The rest of the employees here are very friendly and respectful. Glad she's gone
