they should offer zero stars - I confirmed and signed a contract Monday 11/6 for a move already booked for Friday 11/10 at 10am with Jonathan the owner - they helped us move in 2022 from San Rafael to Petaluma and were amazing - however no one showed up Friday 11/10 and at 10:20 I left a voicemail and email - I got a call back from the warehouse department saying we weren't on the schedule and can we change it to Saturday 11/11 - I asked if we could somehow still move on Friday and they said they would try - they got back to me and said they can send a partner company at 1pm - we had already placed our dogs in daycare and had a helper scheduled for 1pm - we had to cancel our helper and take car loads down ourselves while waiting for t he 1pm arrival - the partner company arrived after 1 - it was a new partner company new rates - no financial consideration for the stress, grief and inconvenience and not even an apology phone call - like the partner company said they had nothing to do with the original deal they were just helping us out - I will NEVER use this company again

I scheduled last minute and I was quoted fairly and scheduled without issue right away. Everyone from the owner to their team leads kept in great contact thru text and e-mail. Punctual. Priced very fair. I loved everything except being asked to write a review when I was scheduled and not at the end of business. Good Green is great. Would Recommend.

I don't recommend this company. Their 3 movers showed up high, took twice as long as planned to move a 2 bedroom apt. The costs were ultimately 50% over budget because of their slow moving. A couple of things were damaged in the move and the company won't do right by us. Poor Jonathon who represents the company is always gone for personal growth, total flake. Look elsewhere....don't be fooled by the green in their name....the only green you will see is your money flying out the door.

My company has used Good Green Moving on several occasions for large and small moves. The team on the ground and behind the scenes are always so kind and courteous. For our most recent service, the team consisted of Johnathan (the owner), Eric, Edgar, Aurelio and, Jorge B, all of whom were great to work with. I appreciated their willingness to get our move scheduled within the short timeframe we needed it done in. Would definitely recommend Good Green to anyone looking for a moving company!

Vinny, Shawn, and Edgar were awesome movers!! Very fast and PROFESSIONAL. The owner Jonathan is nice and down to earth. Plus the price is better than places I looked into. I highly recommend GOOD GREEN MOVING & STORAGE. ?

So glad I found this company before my move. Jonathan was so nice over the phone and I could tell he was truly passionate about being an eco-friendly company, which is also one of the main reasons I chose them. Eric in the warehouse was great at answering my questions promptly and directly. Before finding Good Green, I'd reserved a smaller number of bins from ZippGo for $287. Luckily I was far enough out that I could cancel the order. I used Good Green bins (INCLUDED with my move for free) for the same amount of time as ZippGo, plus they brought wardrobe boxes on moving day and took them so I didn't have to deal with those giant boxes on my own! Edgar scheduled my bin delivery and pickup with little notice, which was so helpful during the chaos of moving. The two movers, Miguel and Anthony, who came were polite, friendly, and SO fast! They moved so fast I felt like I was a snail. And they managed to fit all my stuff plus some extra things I forgot to mention in my estimate, which alleviated a lot of stress and multiple trips for me. They laid down walking pads at my new place, which was much appreciated. My bin pickup went smoothly as well and their driver, Mark, was also super sweet and noticed a rogue bin I forgot to put in my stack. Overall a great experience, VERY competitive pricing, and better for the environment. Hope I don't need them anytime soon, but would use them again!

I've known Good Green Moving and Storage for the past year now and I think they’re an outstanding eco-friendly company that's focused on helping reduce the carbon footprint as well as the cost of moving. They offer free green reusable Bins on every local move with 2 free months of storage!They give a tremendous amount back to the community and the planet.Lastly, I want to give a major shout-out to Johnathan and Anna!Thank you for improving the quality of our environment and ecosystem!

So far the greatest moving place I've had the honor working with, John and Anna have been so kind this year working with them giving me, a high school student an opportunity to work in the fields and prepare myself for the future while Eric and Edgar show me what to do and how to help our clients and give them the best care for their personal belongs, and with this rate I believe this business will go far.

Good Green was professional and responsive from the first phone call. And the team: Jonathan, Eric, Miguel, Saul, Clifton, and Aurelio couldn't have been friendlier, more helpful, or easy to work with. I had planned to stay home all day during the packing and moving to "monitor" their work but after 20 minutes I realized I could trust them 100%. They labeled and inventoried every single item, treated my property with care and respect, and made the move a calming experience. And they continue to be helpful and responsive with follow-up questions. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience moving across SF with Good Green moving! Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I like that they drop off reusable boxes to pack with. Highly recommend Good Green Moving for your next move. My customer experience was a 10+. I feel these humans have figured out how to make your move "stress less". Shout out to Mark for dropping off my 80 green moving bins, paper, pens and labels 2 weeks before my move date. The dream team Edgar, Lalo, Aurelio, Jorge B, Salinas and Saul worked as a team. Methodical in packing up my house to move across town. This crew worked together and very polite from the beginning until the last box was placed neatly in my garage.

10/10 would recommend this company for your move. From start to finish, these guys were professional, thorough, and friendly. Great care with each and everyone of our items, including being super mindful of protecting services and corners in the homes we were moving in/out of.We’ve used this company twice and won’t hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone in need of a moving company.In addition to being a great moving company, they are also super mindful about their environmental footprint. They loan reusable moving boxes which they will drop off and pick up at no additional charge!We love Good Green movers! We had a great experience with our move thanks to Good Green Moving. I love the crates and not having to worry about collecting boxes. My learning from the experience is to get more crates than you think you will need and just put EVERYTHING in them. Because moving those crates was so fast, but moving all the little things and smaller items not in crates took a lot of time. So that’s my tip for others.But the team was awesome - super friendly and professional. And booking was also a breeze. Thanks again!

We loved our experience with Good Green moving! Our movers: Jonathan, Eric, Edgar, Omar, Will, Jesus, and Cecibet were thorough, prepared, professional, and friendly. They were flexible and very responsive to some unexpected changes and stayed until the job was absolutely finished. We would use them again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to move!
