Scammers. My husband brought in my anniversary band that 1 stone has come out of to be repaired. They charged almost as much as the ring cost (nearly $300) for the repair. They did the work without a clear estimate/communication/contact so we had no choice but to pay the cost or leave without my ring. The ‘repair’ is terrible & the stone is obviously different from the others. What could we do?? I’m considering small claims tbh.

When I first decided to visit this place, I was already tired from checking out many rings in other stores. I had this feeling that maybe I wouldn't find the perfect ring for me because of my earlier experiences. But this place was different. Right from the start, two warm-hearted ladies greeted me. Even though there were so many options, they seemed to understand what I was looking for.The best part? I didn’t even have an appointment, yet they didn’t rush me. They gave me all the time I needed. I tried on a lot of rings, and they were right by my side, offering suggestions and understanding my preferences. They also showed me other items, but I was mainly interested in the rings. After spending a good amount of time there, my patience paid off. I found the ring that was just right for me. It was like it was waiting there just for me!What makes this place stand out is not just their vast collection, but also the people who work there. They're genuine, understanding, and go above and beyond to help you out. If anyone is in search of a special ring (or any jewelry) and wants a personal touch with excellent service, this is the place to go. I'm grateful for my experience there and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Very friendly jewlers. Just went in for a simple watch repair and they did it for free of charge. Faster than expected. Recommend this business for quality customer service.

$25 to replace a battery on my kid's Timex watch. Too much money for the service for such a simple task. If it were a complicated watch I'd understand but not this one. I'll do it myself. Gold Rush lost my immediate and also future business.

I cannot figure out how to remove this review I accidentally posted to Gold Rush Jewelers when it was meant for Golded Time Jewelry.

So I take it back because these people are actually nice and corrected the error in asking me to pay more money. They are really nice and it is rare a company actually cares about a review and does better. Go here because they actually care. Now I kind of feel like a jack a*** But they are really friendly and they did great work on my watch. It looks fantastic and i truely appreciate their stellar customer service I got a call and a message. A dying breed in the US. A business that actually tried to fix customer feelings. I would give them 7 stars if I could.

I took my daughter in to have her ears pierced. Terri was wonderful and she took the time to get the spots just right. She was very patient with my 10y/o daughter. Terri did a wonderful job, 14k earrings, and a fair price!

Affordable but sloppy repair work. Brought in one chain to be fixed, and it came back discolored and rough around the soldering. The staff is very nice, but I wish they had actually looked at the chain before I came in to pick it up- I had to wait around for it to be cleaned up. The repair was also pretty visible, which they only told me after the fact was unavoidable. I would have preferred to know that beforehand, as I would have repaired the chain myself if it was going to be visible anyways. After being cleaned up, the sharp edge on the soldering is gone and the color is better. Make sure to check your pieces before leaving the store!

I had been hesitant and intimidated to go into a jewelers to get my watch battery fixed. After much research I decided to go to Gold Rush Jewelers to get my watch fixed. It was an amazing experience. I was helped right away by a kind worker. They were able to explain the cost and how much time it would take. They were done fairly quickly! I was content with the overall experience.

Fantastic spot that's tucked away in a shopping center. I'm naturally wary of any place trying to sell me expensive jewelry, so this was a pleasant surprise. No one tried to upsell me. I was treated respectfully, not made to feel like I didn't belong, and did not feel ANY pressure to buy something I didn't want to buy. I love buying the wife earrings, necklaces, and bracelets here. Staff is friendly and most endearing, they remember me and truly appreciate military and veterans. I'm not a "thank me for my service" kind of guy, so this was genuine and heartfelt. I'll be back (just can't let my wife know, she might leverage that)!

I've never sold jewelry before... I called around Petaluma and spoke with all of the businesses who potentially buy gold and diamonds. I went to a place downtown Petaluma first. It was very classy and professional. I wanted to go get a second opinion so I went to Gold Rush jewelers. There was only about 10 minutes before they closed but I I figured I'd go in and at least get some info. The owner was so unbelievably rude. Extremely condescending. I've worked customer service for years and I know what quality customer service is. And I know what condescending is. I don't know how this woman is in business. But I do understand now why she's in a low end grocery store complex and why the other store is right on the strip in downtown Petaluma. Their locations are a reflection of their success. It's like comparing a steak from Applebee's to a five diamond resort steakhouse. Do not go here if you have any pieces that are important to you or are heirloom. She just grabbed my necklace and carelessly did her little magnet check. At the other classy place in downtown, the woman was so gentle with it. I had told her it was my grandma's and very special to me. The owner or whoever she is, of gold rush jewelers was mean spirited and hardened along the edges. Super ghetto sorry excuse for jeweler. Yuck! And shame on her. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. It's rare that's someone's attitude and treatment disgusts me. I'm deeply disgusted. Thanks for nothing Gold Rush Jewelers.

I had been using Gold Rush Jewelers and had always found the personnel helpful and friendly. I took in an heirloom bracelet that belonged to my now deceased mother. It was a silver I.D. tag with her name and address that she had as a child. I asked for 4 jump rings to be soldered as it had fallen off as the jump rings weren't soldered and had separated. I came to collect it, 3 rings were soldered, 1 wasn't, they didn't tell me they weren't going to do the fourth, they just told me when I went to pick it up. They had a reason but I still wanted the work done and resented that they hadn't contacted me so I was going to take it elsewhere. I paid for it and wore it once and it fell off and was lost. I spoke to the owner a woman who was profoundly rude, starting off when returning my call to call me a liar. Wow. Then they put a response on YELP calling me a liar....No, they actually did exactly what I said. I sent postage and a letter to the address on the bracelet asking if it was received if they would return it. I never got it back. I'll never take a chance like that again. AND, I'll never use this store again because of the OWNER'S rudeness. She could have been nice and I wouldn't be writing this, but she was far from it. They can respond again, but, people who know this woman will know I was sincere because she isn't going to change WHO SHE IS. It's always better to own up to mistakes.
