Chad was able to repair my glass cabinet door the same day I brought it in. He also cut a piece of old bubbly glass for me so that I could fix my 100 year old door. To show up and walk out with everything done, at a more than reasonable price, made my day.

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience with Glass Shop of the Northbay. They weren't the best about responding, or being available when trying to call. However, once they were able to come onsite, the window was repaired fairly quickly. I was sent an invoice, which I paid.
Unfortunately, Chad emailed me with the same invoice months later, asking me to pay. That was disappointing. I feel that they can be a bit better organized and not asking payment twice from their customers.
I'll prob look at other companies next time I need assistance.

The guys that did the installation were great. I highly recommend them. They were professional and knowledgable. However, the final invoice given after the installation was $300 more than the final quote. When I asked the owner Chad, he said the reason was he forgot to add labor for one of the items. But he still expected us to pay the difference. I don't agree with this way of doing business and paid based on the final quote. But now I am left wondering if Chad will back up the work if anything goes wrong with the windows. I asked about guarantees/warranties and have not yet received an answer.

The last step in my home remodel was a frameless shower door and two large mirrors in the master and upstairs bath. Chad and his crew were great to work with and I am thrilled with the finished product. The mirrors and shower doors even arrived ahead of schedule and were promptly installed. I highly recommend this company and would use again. Thank you Glass Shop of The North Bay!

The window installed started getting strange moisture figures on window he installed several months ago - -called Chad it's condensation he said I told him I cleaned the outside it's keeps on coming back late at night he never in office to show him the pics I even emailed them to him it's under warranty if I can ever get a hold him to resolve this - he said he has to see this in person ! They only show at early morning ! ! This is the only time these strange moisture figures appear! He needs help in his office !

Great glass company. We replaced over 20 fogged windows (old, broken seals) with Chad's company. This, after contacting three different companies for bids. The Glass Shop was by far the most helpful and professional. They came out promptly and gave us an accurate estimate and reasonable time lines. Installation was a breeze; the installation team was terrific--efficient, neat, polite and quick. Communication with Chad was great--calls returned, questions answered, follow up on all promises. We are very pleased with their work and service!

We needed some insulated glass panels replaced. Our first quote from another business was very high. Chad and his crew came out and gave us a much more reasonable estimate. We hired him and the install was completed on time as promised. It was a few weeks later when I noticed a slight wave across the middle of two panels! It was hard to see until you saw it, then you noticed it all the time! It was hard to capture on camera. Chad worked with us to replace the faulty pieces and was very patient as we tried to capture the flaw on camera. The Glass shop just came out today and took care of it perfectly! They are a great business and they stand behind their work and products. Plus they are friendly and helpful and exceedingly patient. I give them my highest recommendation and will continue to use them in the future.

This is not the place to go for a small job. They are courteous when first approached. Requested two small shelf pieces and was told it might take a day, maybe two. Wrote out information and left phone number. No call, so after two days, I checked in. They said they just needed to finish the edges, and it should be done by that afternoon or the following day. Retuned after another two days, but not ready. Not so much as a phone call. Arrived again today and only one was there, the guy claiming he thought I only needed one, despite everything being written down. When I related all this, his response was "I guess I should go and destroy this one?" Uh...yeah...

Had a wonderful experience with Chad and his team. One of our kids broke a window shooting hoops in our driveway. I called several shops asking for estimates to replace the double-paned glass with tempered glass. Out of 3 estimates, Chad's was the best. However, the best part was response time and outstanding customer service. Chad picked up the phone on first call and scheduled his team to come out the next morning for measurements. Chad sent me his estimate that same evening at 11pm. I sent him an email that night with a question, and he responded around 11:30pm. Wow! We of course felt very comfortable going with Chad and his team in replacing our window. Everything went extremely smoothly, and our new window looks exactly the way it did before except we now have tempered glass. Highly, highly recommend the Glass Shop of the North Bay!!!

A company that is communicative, reasonable, actually shows up, and does a great job - that was my experience getting a new window in. I dealt with Chad and couldn't have asked for more. He showed up himself to assess the issue, and the crew he sent for actual install seemed to be sticklers for detail and took pride in their work. They didn't mind my peppering them with questions and compared to a different company that I had the misfortune to pick to install another window, the difference in experience was night and day. I was really happy and will use them again. I also appreciated them helping me put the window blinds up again after install (complicated and I didn't have a drill so taking them down with a screwdriver had been unpleasant!) Chad also didn't mind my calling him after for some more info on the job and advice on future project. Genuine guy and it feels good to support a local biz.

I needed a 1 1/8" diameter glass rod cut on short notice. I called no less than 8 glass shops inWindsor Santa Rosa area.No one could do it or even sounded interested in trying. The glass shop said bring on in whichI did. They took care of me in short order and had me back on the road in 15 minutes with a very reasonable fee. You find out a lot about a business when they are willing to step up and help you out in any way they can! Thanks guys! You saved my day!

Chad and his team are the best! Our new windows are super well-insulated, keep noise out and look great. The handles and screens even exceeded my expectations. This company doesn’t cut any corners. They even redid the wood trim based on a style preference- something far above and beyond the agreed to scope of work. Hard to find this level of service anymore! Their team was proactive in communication and hardworking. They even were able to get the panes custom painted to meet our HOA requirements. Highly recommend!!

Chad and his team are the best! It's hard to find service like this anymore, but let me tell you, Glass Shop of North Bay delivered! Our windows and sliding glass doors they installed are super high quality, and exceeded my expectations. The installers were so careful not to scratch any walls and installed everything beautifull (the install included replacing the trim, and they did a top-notch job on that too!!) Chad was flexible, communicative, professional, and kind. We love our new sliding glass doors, new window and the experience of working with this great company!
