Such an amazing venue! We put on a Halloween costume dance party to help raise funds for a local organization and everyone raved about Flying Cloud. The venue is perfectly Petaluma. It's a horse ranch on a hillside with a beautiful view of area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the start to finish of our event. They even let us use some of their Halloween decorations. We will definitely be reaching out to host more events here in the future.

Do yourself a favor and get married at Flying Cloud! Not only is this such a beautiful venue and property, but the day-of coordination that they offer is unmatched. My wedding went off without a hitch and they made sure everything was in place. Julia and Jeanette are very much involved in the community and have the best recommendations for anything you might need for your wedding day. We could have not been happier with Flying Cloud.

We had our daughter's first birthday at flying cloud. It turned out absolutely perfect and exactly how I imagined our daughter's first to be. The venue was everything! The outdoor space was beautiful with amazing views. Once we saw this venue , we knew we couldn't have it anywhere else. Julia, the owner was so great to work with. She was so nice & so helpful in every way. She helped with the layout , recommended amazing vendors and also helped on the day of the event. She was quick to reply back to any questions. It was so great to also have beautiful chairs and tables provided . This venue with the help of Julia is a gem of a place and we definitely recommend it to others!

Flying Cloud was the perfect location for our intimate outdoor wedding. Absolutely gorgeous and our guests had the best time! I loved how the venue fee included a month of and day of coordinator. Julia with Flying Cloud was awesome to work with! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable with an incredible eye for detail. We just loved celebrating our special day at Flying Cloud.

Jeanette and her team have been at this for a while, and it shows in how organized and smooth all of the operations were. Everything was perfect for our wedding, and it was a steal as far as value in Sonoma County. The surrounding vineyards made a beautiful backdrop during our outdoor ceremony! Highly recommend!

Julia made our wedding feel so easygoing and special! Any visions we had, she would have an answer and ideas to make sure we could have the wedding of our dreams. We are so happy with all her hard work! Our wedding day went by so easy, everything was perfect!

I only give it a 2 for how pretty the place was... The food was bad. Mac an cheese BBQ chicken, tritium an salad. The gree salad was good.. The woman were rude but the man that was helping was very nice.. We were outside an it was freezing... NO HEATERS....

I don't normally write reviews on anything other than food but I am making this exception about my nephew's wedding because it was held at an exceptional venue, 'The Flying Cloud Farm'. It was just held in late April so after all the heavy rainstorms the hills were alive with lush green grass. The venue had well manicured lawns and flowers arranged throughout the courtyard. Also being a former horseman/ cowboy I was pleased to be on a horse farm once again. The event itself was very organized. The outside courtyard provided a quaint outdoor wedding ceremony officiated by my sister. A guitar/Ukulele singer provided the background music for the occasion. Following the ceremony, we were guided indoors to a reception room serving hors d'oeuvres accompanied by cocktails at the bar. We then entered the dining area that displayed a seating chart and there was a long glass panel along one side of the room that provided a view of the massive riding arena. The only thing missing were the white Lipizzaner stallions performing to the music. Note: on each table were wedding favors apparently made by the brides parents from Peru who couldn't be there. They were handmade stitched pouches filled with assorted giveaways from Peru including a shot glass to add to my collection. What a kind generous gesture to show the warmth of the peruvian culture.The food was served buffet style that included chicken, beef, salad, green beans and mashed potatoes. Then came the long wedding speeches, cutting of the wedding cake and then back to the reception area for some dancing music by a DJ. Congrats to Chris and Marilu for an unforgettable wedding at an incredible hidden gem located in Sonoma/Penngrove.

My daughter's best friend was married at this location.I cant say enough about this location. Very clean location. Owner and staff where beyond professional, nice, and helpful.The set-up was prefect and service on time. The cleanup was also fast and neat after cocktails.It's a perfect location for a intimate gathering .

I'm a wedding photographer in Northern California, and I absolutely love this venue! I have to say that Flying Cloud is one of my favorite venues in the Bay Area for a few reasons: the uniqueness of the venue, the surrounding elements offer limitless possibilities for awesome photos, the ceremony site is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the layout just makes sense. If you're looking for an amazing venue for your wedding, I highly recommend Flying Cloud Farm!
