If you want to receipt you have to do it all yourself. Next we'll have to rent one of their trucks and deliver it ourselves as well

Sam at FedEx Office Petaluma delivered a fairly large print job on what seemed to be a very busy day of orders with not enough staff. He gave me several status updates throughout the day, as he knew I had a pressing deadline. I hope they are able to hire more staff to support this hard-working team as they seem to be receiving an overwhelming number of in-person and online daily orders. Thank you to Sam for his professionalism and reliability!

Multiple attempts to have a packages delivered. The package instructions specifically stated no signature required, leave at location. Multiple door tags over three days, "Unable to deliver" Hours of phone calls to customer service, assurances and guarantees after they spoke to this station manager that the package would be left. Door tags again. Assurances they would deliver, and would call in advance of the package delivery, door tag again.
Unless I'm sitting in my office, patiently waiting 10 plus hours, they haven't been able to deliver a package.
Multiple complaints over the last 6 months, still no resolution, no delivery without issues.
Absolutely horrible customer service.

I went in on 9/2/23 and had exceptional service. Victoria went out of her way to help me with a package that wasn't even for FedEx, and she had excellent rapport with the other employee, Sam who also helped me - just friendly people. They didn't make a dime of off me for shipping but I'll be a new customer here.Then they both went above and beyond to help an elderly customer with a heavy package who came in after me.This is in significant contrast to another shop in San Rafael where the employees were rolling eyes at each other, short with customers (not explaining how things work, etc).

Adam and his team are terrific. I regularly use them for all our plan and other printing needs . Sam was especially helpful today. Pleasant and professional, Sam took care of me in no time. The vibe here is especially fun and inviting. Come and check them out for your next printing job.

Get my plans printed there. Most of the people recognize me coming in and grab my stuff right away. Adam, the manager I believe, is very friendly and personable. Can be crazy busy at times, but generally a good experience

I recently tried to use FedEx for overnight shipping. Because they made a mistake not including the shipping address on the label, they were not able to deliver the package on time. I was going to be charged $92.00 for overnight delivery and even though it was their mistake an extra $14.00 to correct the label and still couldn't deliver it on time.
