I have been with them for years and am very happy with them. The front desk person was terrific in guiding me in sorting out things when my car was totaled by a truck last year-- so helpful when I was still very rattled! I recommend them highly for professionalism and customer service.

Do not call them!!! 4 weeks I called every mon.& fri. feb 3 rd to feb.24th. And was told each time we are sorry many computer issues and someone will call you who handles auto etc. I now have auto, health,& homeowners ins. Not with them.They were recommended by 2 people who I haven't had the heart to tell them my lack of interactions with this company.Apparently they do Not Need any NEW business. Never ever had a company not return a call. Disappointed
