Bradner veterinary has sure gone downhill ever since Barry Sotero Retired. Went to go drop off my dog for surgery today. I ended up walking out of there with my dog and will never go back. Dr Pfann should be happy to know that he has lost a customer that has been with Bradner since 2006.

Thank you to Dr. Pfann I recommend any rabbit lover to this vet he took us in on a busy day first thing in the morning. My rabbit stopped eating in the night and we spent all night at the emergency vet who wasn't bad but just didn't know anything about rabbits. Well, we went to Brandner Veterinary Hospital and I loved how much he loves rabbits not only did they make sure of what was going on but be got on the floor with him and did an everything to make sure he was cared for. He told us what we could do but he doesn't feel it's necessary, and gave My bunny great care and to make sure we follow up on how he's doing. We still have a recovery but I couldn't be so much happier to see 3 poops in the box we need 30 but 3 is still good. If anyone has a rabbit this is the place to take them it's worth every penny.

Kind, knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. They even follow up with texts to check in and see how our old cat is doing the day after he's been seen. I trust Bradner Veterinary and recommend them highly!

I can't tell you how appreciative I am of Dr Pfann and receptionist Taslynn, (who worked her magic in securing a last minute appointment to see Dr. Pfann who is usually super busy.) My 88-year-old mother had to euthanize her kitty of 15 years today. "Annie" had been seen by another vet in town; and even after five days at the other vet's office, multiple tests, and close to $2,000 later, my mother still didn't have a quality-of-life prognosis to where she felt she could make an informed decision regarding her kitty's care. That's when we took little Annie to Dr. Pfann. Dr. Pfann was so unbelievably compassionate and more importantly, communicative and honest with my mother by telling her it was "time," and then giving her all the reasons as to why. Because he answered all her questions honestly and with compassion, my mother was finally able to see that the most humane thing to do was to let Annie go. He could have run more tests, or kept her overnight, etc...and my mother would have been on board. But he didn't do that, so it obviously wasn't about making money. It was about Annie. Dr. Pfann's professionalism and compassion gave my mother peace-of-mind on this very difficult day; and for that, I can't thank him enough.

Brandner Veterinary Hospital has taken care of my dogs (Mickey and 2 previous dogs) for 29 years. My last sweet dog, Max, was diagnosed with leukemia by my friend's vet who was watching Max while I was on vacation. This doctor gave him 2 months to live! Dr. Pfann gave my Max almost 2 more years of a happy life thru non-invasive treatment, gentleness and compassionate care. I am so grateful for that. Dr. Pfann and Erin were wonderful with our dog, Mickey during his recent intestinal upset. The office staff are always very friendly, caring, and loving with my boy. Some years ago, they sent me a picture of Mickey with a top hat that they took for his medical records. I love it. It makes me smile every time I see it on a receipt for service.

I wish I could give Brandner more than 5 stars! I take my dog to Brandner & they are wonderful! The waiting room and exam rooms are so clean, no animal smell at all. My son "was" taking his dog to a veterinarian in the Safeway shopping center. About 1 1/2 months ago, all of a sudden his little dog was paralyzed, he could barely walk. He called his vet and they said they were too busy to see his dog. I told my son to call Brandner. Sure enough Brandner squeezed him in. The male vet (I don't remember his name)that saw my sons dog, took such a long time observing "Rockets" condition. He was so kind and considerate and spent so much time with us talking about what he suggests we do. Of course, my son will not be returning to his previous vet. My son, daughter in law & I highly recommend Brandner Veterinary Hospital. All the technicians are very kind here. There is one person at the front desk that is always so kind & caring to our animals. I unfortunately don't know her name. She has short, grayish, white hair. She came in the exam room the day Rocket was being examined & pet him so gently.

We've been with Brandner Veterinary Hospital for close to 20 years because of the many "Parental" considerations that inform the love and care of our beloved pet family. Brandner has provided our dog Emma and our kitties Pippi, Orca, Buster, and Mushu the finest and most knowledgeable care that gives us the comfort and reassurance that abides our total commitment to our 'kids'.

That Review is 3 years old, I think your message was wrong to make, you don't know what my situation was at that time, and to say what you said was mean. That was what I was feeling at the time. You probably have never lived paycheck to paycheck or had any financial problems, You Marin County folks don't have a clue hard times, so If you can't say anything nice Keep Your Mouth Shut

Dr. Pfann and his staff are top notch. We brought our older cattle dog in after he was attacked by a German Shepherd. Our pup had really bad injuries we were not sure if he was going to make it. Dr. Pfann provided excellent service and was able to help our old guy out. Dr. Pfann displayed compassion and did a truly amazing job helping our Sprocket recover.

We have been taking our 9 yr old dog to this Vet for a few years. They are very good about being able to help even when just calling. Our dog has some arthritis issues and the vet has been very willing to try a few different drugs so finally we are giving her something that really seems to help. She is walking around more now and doesn't seem to favor the sore leg as much anymore. We have tried other vets and find this one the most reasonably priced and proactive.
