I’ve been using Dharma Trading Company for art supplies for many years. My most recent orders have proceeded smoothly at reasonable prices. Their online store works quite well. I can find the items I need at reasonable prices, complete with easy displays that reflect any quantity discounts followed by a confirmation window that reflects any discounts applied. I just placed another order today. They offer many shipping options so that I can determine the speed I need at the lowest price quickly. They keep me informed at each step of the process including order placement, confirmation, and shipping. When I’ve needed assistance in determining the best product to meet my needs, budget, and talents, they have just been a phone call away. Each contact has been with someone knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. This has saved me a lot of money and wasted time over the years as I get the benefit of their individual art experience to be sure I’m getting exactly what I need. I’ve learned so much each and every time I’ve needed to call. They encourage questions and leave me with greater knowledge each time. I feel valued as a customer and artist and am happy to support them with my business.

I have been using Dharma for over a year now, Today I placed an order and needed it rushed. I paid for the overnight shipping option so that I would have it tomorrow, Shortly after placing my order I received an email from Maria in their shipping department. Unbeknownst to me they are Local to the area I work in and Maria was contacting me because she could ship the product out ground shipping which is cheaper and I would still receive the product in the same time frame since their facility is only a 20 min drive from my office. Very rarely have I experienced a company that will go out of their way to insure their customers receive the best service at the lowest cost, she even offered to allow me to pick products up in the future to avoid shipping cost all together. In addition to this wonderful experience we have also been extremely satisfied with the quality of the dyes we have purchased and will continue to use Dharma for all of our Tie Dye Needs.

I am extremely satisfied with the dye from here, however, when you place an order it always takes a minimum of 7 days to receive it even with UPS. For this reason I will be trying other places.

Had to pay 40€ for custom fees for a 160€ order OR they suggested that I pay $95 to ship it back if I couldn’t pay that. Customer service said to take it up with France if I had an issue. Lovely. I hope the thing I ordered actually works…

I've been hand dying yarn and fabric for 12 years. I use acid dyes and fiber reactive dyes from Dharma Trading Co. exclusively. Everything is packaged securely to ensure safe shipping and handling. The colors are amazing and they offer everything else you could possibly need to create anything with color, fabric and fiber related goods. Prices are very reasonable, too.

Very happy with the products as well as the customer service. Definitely a leader in the industry and the company appears to be run by cool people that care about their customers and the product they provide. Long time customer and very pleased.
I use the Fiber Reactive Procion Dyes and have found that when you follow the instructions they produce a very high quality long lasting color that is reliable and steadfast.

Today I placed an order and shortly after I received a call from Paris to confirm my address because she noticed my billing address has changed from previous orders. And I just want to give her a huge shout out because I've never had a company do that before. I ended up calling back her manager to let her know how much I appreciated Paris taking the time out of her day to double check with her customers. I won't ever shop another company for this reason. EXCELLENT place for fabrics. They have multiple silks, cottons, hemps, etc. If you’re looking for cheap silks with an excellent quality I would definitely recommend this place :)
