I left a message to try and get my Kawasaki Ninja checked. Mike gave me a call back letting me know they don't work on Kawasaki but he gave me two other businesses recommendations without me asking. Sad I wasn't able to give him business but would if I had a Sazuki. Will keep them in mind!

Ted gave me a better deal by a thousand dollars. Went in paid cash and done in 30 min. The store was well organized and clean.... I drove farther than other dealers near me and the customer service is spot on.., can't ask for more from a business... thank you cycle west.

Very friendly family owned business. Purchased a new crf250r from them about a year ago and went super smoothly. Always able to call or walk in and ask questions.

This place is great. Super friendly and helpful. I was looking for a bike that was sold out and back ordered everywhere for my husband for his birthday. Luckily they had one and my Salesman Ted was incredible. He made it happen and went out of his way for us. We drive the 2 1/2 hours just to go there and will be back for future needs! Thanks again!

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Cycle West. I'm a new rider, and I had had several bad experiences (mansplaining, condescension, etc.) at my local dealerships in Sacramento before finding Cycle West. Every person I came in contact with at this shop was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Ted made me a phenomenal deal on a used Rebel 300, the perfect beginner ride for a petite woman, and went above and beyond in the process. First, he was extremely fair with pricing and they helped me get several accessories at a discount. Second, he came out on a Sunday, even though the shop was closed, in a record-setting storm to help us load the bike so that we wouldn't need to keep the bike outside overnight before transporting it home (we stayed at a hotel in town for the weekend). Third, he really walked me through the entire process in an informative and helpful way, providing flexible payment options and really catering to my needs. My bike was getting close to being due for an oil change, so they threw that in as well without my even asking. Probably the best experience I could have imagined as a first-time buyer and new rider. These folks also offer delivery at an extremely fair price, so definitely worth the drive if you're not local!

Mike, the mechanic, is awesome. Extremely knowledgable and experienced, upfront and honest. I live in Santa Rosa, but I've been a customer with Cycle West for almost 10 years now, and travel the extra miles to Petaluma because I trust them to do it right and a fair price. This includes when I make my next purchase - because I know Mike and Ted will take great care of me afterward.

I was in the market for a utility quad. Ted was very knowledgeable and directed me towards a unit that would serve my purposes and explained why. It was the same unit my research suggested was the right one. He quoted me an out the door price with parts and labor, taxes, freight, assembly, registration and installed accessories of $10,200. I called another dealer who also recommended the same quad with the same accessories and he quoted me an OTD price of $11,200. I told him that my first quote was $1000.00 lower and I was in no way trying to play him. The sales person at the second dealer told me to grab it at that price because he could get nowhere near it. About 10 minutes after getting off the call with the second dealer Ted calls me to tell me the "computer made an error" and the OTD price was actually $11,400, (that is a $1200 error in his favor); no apology, no offer to bring the price down because the mistake was so egregious, and of course I told him no sale. I purchased the unit from the second dealer. Once I pick it up I will review them. My feeling is that if Ted actually made an error he should have been embarassed and apologizing profusely, because this type of error suggests low balling and bait and switch and that should be the last thing he wants appearing in a review, but here it is.
