If I could give them a zero I would.Online appt for vaccines were all open. I come in - read their sign in parking lot and at the register confirming walk-ins available today. Get through the 3 person line and guy says no walk-ins or appointments available today. I explained I had cancelled other plans to make room for this today He was rude and did not have the slightest bit of concern for their incorrect messages and hassle. His response is to go elsewhere. This kind of behavior is the opposite of customer service. They didn’t even acknowledge there was a messaging problem or customer inconvenience - or that they would try to resolve the messaging - except to blame it on corporate messaging disconnect. No need to do business - it’s clear to me it’s not dependable.

The amount of people in this town who have experienced the same thing as me and my family is insane. Your pharmacist is belligerent, yells and throws fits, withholds medication, screws up orders, and is one of the worst people I’ve had to interact with. He likes to play God and delete medication orders when he’s mad and directly goes against doctor’s prescription orders because he disagrees. To treat people who are sick like this is so disgusting

My doctor called in a prescription here and I never heard from them days later so I called and they said oh yes it's here and ready. I went to pick it up at 1:15pm and Clarissa sees I have a good RX coupon and with out even looking me up or seeing what I am there to pick up tells me that she can't help me because it will take 20 minutes to process the Good RX coupon. I tell her that we were on our way out of town and she look me up and grabs the prescription which is $140 with no coupon and tell me to pay that price or come back later after the lunch because every was leaving. I asked for her to just process it as we were leaving town and she said nope and took back the prescription and said she was going to lunch. She then starts to help other people in line. How and where is the customer service anymore?!?

I'm a 25 year customer and am finally jumping ship. This location is incredibly poor. Newest pharmacist can be quite rude, talking over you while trying to explain the situation. The most helpful people have since retired and newbies are clueless about customer concerns. They constantly refer you to the app which is poorly designed. I will take my Rxs elsewhere as this has become an incredibly aggravating place to fill one's prescriptions. This should be on the list of stores corporate is closing.

This pharmacy needs to be investigated for malpractice. The number of mistakes they make and the complete lack of accountability there could result (and probably has) in a serious medical emergency. Every time I go to this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, something is inevitably wrong, from giving me the wrong dosage, to screwing up my insurance. One time they screwed up the dosage yet again, and I had to wait there for two hours while they spoke to my doctor on the phone. I tried to speak to the pharmacist because he has screwed up my medication for the THIRD time, and he actually slammed the door and said he had other patients and he would not help me. I have never encountered such incompetence in my life.

I realize working in a pharmacy is a grueling job but the majority of times I’ve had to pick up a prescription there is inevitably some type of hold up. The employees never seem to be in a pleasant mood even when treated with patience so it must be an ongoing problem.

Insanely slow service, and they are unable or unwilling to use good sense. They don't bother to let the doctor or the patient know they don't carry medicine that is needed immediately, so you waste time only to find out you and the doctor have to find an alternative they do have on hand. It sucks that there aren't many alternatives for pharmacies. This place is useless, and I'll never set foot in a CVS again (someone would have to be dying)

I had the BEST customer service this afternoon. I did not catch his name but I was looking for products for a sick friend. I didn't know where anything was. He totally directed me and was just a really nice guy . Blue and white shirt. Your mom did a good job. Happy Mother's Day to her.
