I was there Sunday,07/01/23 at 1pm. There was a sign on the door saying back atc1:35 pm. I waited 30 min. This horrible woman came to the door in confrontation towards me that she had to take her lunch. I couldn't believe the behavior of this woman. Unprofessional, argumentative and unable orbincapable of doing her job. When I told her I wanted to get a replacement phone she refused me service cuzbshe didn't like what I told her the Truth. I have been with cricket 15 yrs. I have never been treated so horribly. I called corporate, sent email to the President of horrible representat I ve. Bottom line this is a horrible company. BOYCOTT CRICKET! THEY ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO THE CUSTOMERS!!@-. I want the business owner to call mefor this
