Relatively close to Sonoma, wineries and other points of interest, this new property is clean, up-to-date, and affordable. Brand new! I'm thankful for their decision to put carpet in the rooms instead of the laminate flooring that so many other properties have been going with lately.
EV chargers available.
My only complaint is that there was no bistro service at all, the night I checked in. No restraunts within walking distance.

It's a new building, so it's still pretty clean. Rooms were nice, and the workers were pleasant. The location is sketch. There is alot of homeless walking around out near the building.

Had ev chargers which never worked. Requested service which never happened. Asked for extra comforter that we never got.

The rooms are very nice. You have a refrigerator you have a microwave you can make your coffee in the morning too. They treat you very nice when you come in they welcome you in and when you leave the place too. The team is very nice and professional and the rest of the people that work there. I would advise people to not come here. First off, the rooms are not in good shape in my opinion. The shower was a weird layout so that it was open the entire time bc there was no door, only a glass wall. So it was cold during the shower. The towels had stains on them and smelled weird. The phone was disconnected so I couldn't call down for anything if I needed. The TV was glitching due to poor reception. And fridge only turned on for 2 hrs, then turned off so our drinks were not cold rlly at all by the next day. Then the service was poor. I had a corporate code I wanted to enter when I reserved online but could not find a place to do so. So I booked without the code. But when I went to the desk in person and asked them to help me apply it retroactively so I could get money back, they stated the codes don't work for the weekend?? Which i highly doubt, but ok. Then later, when we went down to check out, nobody was at the front desk. We waited for 7 minutes holding heavy luggage and duffel. We even called the front desk to get it ringing so somebody would hear the phone and come. Nobody came, but around the corner we could see indicators someone was nearby like food out and whatnot. So we left the key on the front desk and walked out. I kid you not, 3 minutes after we walked out, I got an email for my final receipt of my stay. Which tells me they were likely hiding from us and didn't want to interact with us. I would not return and have advised ppl I know to not come either. At least the parking was free and there weren't many homeless around like other reviews state.

The ambiance is quite pleasant. They have great customer service. The bed was comfortable as well ? I would most definitely stay again if traveling through Petaluma.

At first I was very impressed with the with Guest services. I booked a room for 2 days. I left my nice expensive phone charger so that I could charge my phone the following night. On the second night I noticed that my room had been cleaned and what do you know, my phone charger was missing. I notified guest services, after I explained what happened he simply stated that "we do not have your charger" and that he could not do anything for me. So I opted to wait till the morning. When I checked out and I notified a new guest service agent, to my surprise I received the same response. I calmy and polity asked him to have management talk to the cleaning person so that my charger could be returned. It has been 2 days and no response. Bad experience and very frustrating to deal with thieves.

Helped accommodate a last minute stay - with an early check-in and a late check-out. We were very grateful!!! Rooms were spacious and very clean.

It was close to our event so the location was good for that. Breakfast at the buffet was good and they had gluten friendly options. Gym was clean with decent options. Only real complaint I have is the pillows as they have ZERO support. They are the feather type that just go flat. That being said that is most hotels.

Nice new Courtyard (2019). It's kind of close to the racetrack which makes it noisy. But a nice out of the way area.
PRO:
- Clean and new hotel
- Close to a busy street
- Close to the Fairgrounds
- Free Parking
CON:
- Do NOT trust the menu on your Bonvoy app - it's out of date. Here is the current bar menu from the lounge as prices ARE wrong.
- Slow response time from staff
SUMMARY:
Not that close to downtown but that's ok as it is on a major road. Overall a clean hotel but it lacks in location

The advertised hot tub was inoperable the ice machine didn't work, I an obviously habicapped and the put us in the room from elevator, not a great experience

Beautiful hotel...small luggage carts, two for the entire hotel. The breakfast is not free...it is very expensive. Staff is not friendly.

Nice place. Good sized, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Parking is secure despite the folks youll see camped out down the road. Didn’t have any issues. Nice place overall.
