Yesterday on 3/15/24 I went to Chevron at 1440 East Washington St. in Petaluma to get gas but Pump #1 wasn't working so I went inside to pre-pay. After the 3rd time going back inside I asked for my money back and that's when this employee called me the N word and then used profanity by calling me a MotherF!%£#^%......then later the same day he violently charged another customer from behind the counter came around towards him and threatened him and got in his face. In the video it appears the employee physically touched the customer after charging at him from behind the counter. This employee is a danger to the community.

You have to pay inside because all the card readers at their pumps either do not work or they stopped making them work because of too many fraudulent card skimming going on in Petaluma. I went inside and paid $40 but the pump stopped putting out gas at $39.60 and the pump is super slow. Is this short-changing of customers legal? We Californians already pay a lot of money for gas and taxes and now they don't give you all the fuel you actually paid for, even if it's just short by 40 cents! That's still illegal. If they do this to a million people, then they are able to steal $400K easy from people's pockets.

I stop here almost every day for the store, the employees work very hard to keep everything stocked and clean, out of the 4 counties I work in this is the cleanest and best extra mile quickie-mart style store I've seen.

Got change to use the air and vacuum on 8/29 - neither worked. Went in to tell them, the attendant just looked at me and said “ I didn’t know it wasn’t working, can’t do anything.” I told him they should at least put a sign up saying they are not working, got a shoulder shrug- just small thing, I’m out a couple bucks, but I will never come back here, it’s the little things that matter . F grade for this spot

No complaints. Store was super clean and stocked. Cashier was - fine. They were having some kind of sewage leak so it smelled outside. But maybe that's just Petaluma LOL. Fairly easy on/off freeway.

I was with my friend who paid and did the diesel pumping in our 26-foot truck. I just drove the truck with his parking and backing guidance. My experience is limited to that experience and it was good. What I found remarkable was that a Coke truck pulled in for a delivery: the driver was very courteous for leaving us a decent way out when we were done filling up. Thank you to the Coke truck driver!

Went in to pick up a door dash order to use up some credits I had (I'm not a driver, but a customer) they didn't have the item but she didn't know how to adjust or refund the order so she tried to get me to pay. When I said that wasn't right she told me she had a line she had to deal with. What awful customer service, store was empty when I first went in. I had to stop myself from jumping over the counter. Maybe their owner should just remove the location from Doordash if they can't train them to use the platform. I stopped getting gas here too because of the price gouging and started going to Costco (my preference) or speedway in town (if I'm desperately low on fuel).

Nice people working here. Exchange your propane tanks and buy gas with Safeway discount. These prices are a bit high but the station is very nice.
