Three attempts at a carwash and still is not working correctly (only get a rinse and dry) but told there is nothing they can do. How about putting a 'not working sign' on the machine until you get it fixed or offer a refund? Out $16 and wasted time on 3 separate trips to non-functioning carwash. Side note: They said other customers were having the same issue...

I love their touchless car wash, BUT will NEVER go back to this station again. I purchased a Complete wash package on 1/28/24, drove through and the wash only rinsed (30-seconds tops). I went inside, requested reprint/redo of wash and was told by cashier Dakota that he would watch the wash while I went through. The lady in front of me had the same thing happen, and I proceeded only to get a simple rinse before it stopped. Went back in AGAIN and cashier was irritated about it but gave me another reprinted receipt to use. He said it was valid for a month, though the receipt said it expired on 2/8. I came back after the rains on 2/6 at 8am. Went through and it did it again. There was no cashier on duty with a sign posted they were out until 8:13am, so I went back later that afternoon to see about trying yet again. The guy working was dismissive saying there was nothing he could do. That I needed to talk to whoever was on duty that morning (no one was on duty), so he tried calling his manager who did not answer the phone. So, I am out 3 trips through a useless carwash and $16. NOTE: on 1/28 Dakota, the cashier, had told me that several other vehicles had issues with the wash cycle not going through. So they knew there was an issue with their wash. A week later it was still not fixed yet they have been allowing cars to pay and not get what they paid for.

Its a fuel station and is busy, I paid at the pump so did not go into the store. There is a convenience store along with a carwash, which was busy as well on the afternoon of my visit. I was needing fuel and it served its purpose on my pass through on a recent trip. The location is competitive to the areas other fuel options and was convenient to getting off and on the highway. 2.5 Stars rounded up instead of down 00898

I paid for a car wash and it stopped / shut off before it started to dry the car. I watched \u0026 the second car after me had the same issue...the dryer was not working. Both of us went inside \u0026 spoke to the tall guy (He was not wearing a name tag but here is his picture) who was so rude. He told me the wash is designed to not have a dryer. I asked \"why does it have a dryer then\" and he said it doesn't matter. He also told us he was not going to stop the car wash but instead was going to let more customers go through even though the wash was not working properly. He never said anything like \"I'm sorry I would love to help you\" etc....he does not care about customer service. I asked to speak to a manager \u0026 he said \"the new policy is we do not have managers to help with issues. I asked what he would do if his store was damaged (thinking he would actually call a manager in that hypothetical case) \u0026 his reply was \"I would not call a manager. I would call the police or fire station\" WHAT??? He took my name and number and said \"maybe you will get a call back but probably not and that's your only option\" PLEASE If an owner or manager reads this please respond to me. I buy a lot of gas here and after yesterday I never will again unless this is fixed 1-21-2023 is the date I went there.

Worst Chevron experience in 30+ years. Somehow this particular Chevron is so badly managed, that they have resorted to a policy of 2 packs of cigarettes per customer. Not per person. Per vehicle, per day. The slob that seems to be the only one working there, ever, really digs hall-monitoring this particular rule. Policy: They WILL NOT let another person from the same vehicle buy another 2 packs.Refused to give management info, or number and was a real d**k about all of it. Unfortunately that's about all he really pays attention to. Apparently they got scammed at one point, so now it's everyone's problem.We drive 45 minutes to get to Petaluma from a rural area, and this is right on our way to weekly errands, so obviously this is a complete pain. It will burn them pretty quick, as concessions are the meat on the bone for gas stations. We definitely will never be back.

The cash register range up merchandise at a higher price than the tag stated. if you when I showed the clerk the tag saying the lower price is response was that he didn't know what to tell me.

I was very impressed by Danielle's customer service! She engaged with each customer as they walked in the door. Very clean facility and because of Danielle I still got my hot chocolate after my card was not working she Pais out of her own pocket which was embarrassing for me but very sweet kind hearted gesture! Thanks Chevron and Danielle for going the Extradite for TJ Reed♡

Nick is awesome and so informative. Greeted me right away. Very personable and passionate about his job . I even offered him a position at my store and did turn me down because he "loves his job so much"

I come in here almost daily if not every other day. Majority of the staff is Amazing! Helpful, friendly, kind and willing to help! But David is RUDE!!Every time I come in and he's working he always has an attitude, if it's not behind his area he can't help. I Was driving home last month and realized when I pulled off the freeway I had a flat tire so I stop at the gas station ask him if I can use the air, He looked at me turned around bent down and did some thing and walked away. I asked him again can I please use your air, he rudly said "what do you think I just pushed"? I told him I don't know because 1. He didn't answer me 2. I don't work there and 3. I don't know what he does behind the counter. He rudely responded with "it's on" so I said thank you and walked out, when I got there the machine was not on so I go back in and ask him to do it again.He said he push the button and if it's not on there's nothing he can do about it? Just tonight I walked in and said hello, He looked me right in my face and said nothing so I said hello again.. he turned his back and made a remark I couldn't hear, so I asked if whatever he said he was talking to me, he said yes and he doesn't have to speak if he doesn't want to? Umm the last time I checked this was part of customer service! If he can't be kind or at least decent and help customers like he's paid to do why are you working with the public? It's crazy how 1 bad Apple can spoil all the good work everyone else does!!

Very bad experience with this gas station I have a pizza store in Petaluma our weekdays closing timing is 10pm and weekend closing timing is 11pm 5 to 6 time I visited this gas station for gas and for personal stuff to buy every time there is a one guy his name is martinus or Martin in the night shift. on the website this gas station is 24/7 open but when i go 10pm it was close when I go 11pm again it was close.every time the guy inside name of martinis or Martin he always handraise we are closed now today I wait for sometime and after me 2 to 3 customers came and same thing happen with that customers also after that I called to stores number and I ask the reason he don't have the satisfactory answer and he hang my ph and open the door in the same time I asked the owner number he is refused very badly. Pls pass my msg to the extra mile management or the team pls take care of it.thanks. Well wisher.
