In all my years as a car owner I have never taken time to write a review —positive or negative — of a dealer. I'm taking a moment to post my respect and appreciation for the quality of my recent experience at Carz One. Owner Samson welcomed my son and me to the dealership when we arrived to look at a car my son was interested in. After my son and I took a satisfying test drive, we arranged for the car to be inspected by my mechanic, who told us later, "This car is in excellent condition." I'm giving this review Five Stars because every aspect of the transaction with Carz One was direct straight forward, and easy going. This included all sales and DMV paperwork, which was completed without delay (unlike some of my past experience with other auto dealerships). Samson is professional, courteous, informed, and down to earth — a great guy to work with. As the old question goes, "Would you buy a used car from this man?" I would gladly do so again, when circumstances require. Carz One is a top flight auto dealership. Thanks, Samson.

Went in early morning. Our truck was right out front but the guy spent 30 minutes on his computer trying to check us in. Kept saying it wasn't "allowing him" to check us in. Also the other budget center we had to return the truck at closed at 1 pm!!! That's insane. Anyways it wasn't the guy that works there's fault but I would suggest you go to the uhaul.

Got a text back instantly to schedule a test drive for the vehicle I was interested in. The car was in great shape, all of the vehicles at the lot were well taken care of. I purchased my first car there a few days later. Great first car buying experience!
