Been coming to Brodies for a 3/4 yrs now and we were extremely happy with our service and the people there in the past. Lately its been alittle lacking in detail on the service side of things. Took my wifes car in for service and when we got it back it had grease all over the drivers inside door panel she was not happy to say the least! Then I took my truck in for service and apparently when they filled it up with oil they spilled a bunch down the fill neck and it collected on the oil pan protection plate. The next day I had a big puddle under my truck. Had to take it BACK in only to find out they had unknowingly spilled the oil and it just needed to be cleaned up. Attention to detail is my only complaint.

Been coming to Brodie's for a handful of years and it's always great service. Just recently, I had found a nail in my tire. It was a Sunday, and with not many shops open I took it to Wheel Works hoping for a quick patch job. Upon inspection, they told me since the nail was too close to the shoulder of the tire it was against company policy to do anything for it. Instead of buying a new set of tires, I held out for another day to get Brodie's word on it. The next day I brought it in, and after making sure there was no damage to the sidewall Brian got it patched no problem. Saved me about 800 bucks.

Honest, professional, knowledgeable , and friendly. My husband and I were passing through from out of town, on our way to Mendocino for our Anniversary and suddenly needed emergency services on a Friday afternoon. Not having the luxury to shop around with most places not having openings, Gary worked us in and the shop took care of us. What we originally thought was an alternator situation turned out to be a battery sensor costing us a fraction of what we thought it would be. They gave us relief, appreciation, and piece of mind. We were back in the road in 2 hours. These guys are great. If I lived here, it would be my go to shop!

I have been using this shop for a couple years now and the service is top notch, the location is usually quite busy but for good reason. Turn around times are usually quite quick as long as you make an appointment.

I used to love and recommend Brodies but after the last few experiences, I’m looking elsewhere. We previously had to take a car in 3x times to get a problem fixed as the technician didn’t properly screw something in. They were apologetic and comped an oil change. I get it, mistakes happen and they took ownership.Last week my wife calls me and tells me her passenger window isn’t rolling up very well. I call Brodies and they can’t see me until this week. No problem we just won’t use the window. I came in today dropped my car off at 9 per my appointment and the service writer Bryan tells me he will call me when he has an estimate. I don’t hear anything and call Bryan 1:30 to get an update. His response was they haven’t moved my car to look at it and they are busy but he will have an answer within 20 minutes and will call me back. I wait an hour, hear nothing and call them back. I’m placed on hold and then accidentally hung up on. I get a message shortly after from Bryan that they are still waiting to look at my car but will get back to me in about 10 minutes. He never called back. At 3 I call am told he should have an estimate shortly. He calls back and gives the estimate. He wasn’t sure if it would be done today but he will call me and keep me in the loop of where they are on it. Guess what, he never called back. I call at 435 and he tells me it will be done. I luckily was able to get a ride. The service writer next to Bryan did my bill as Bryan was finishing paperwork. I again asked why it took so long to get to my car and was told they are really busy. I get that but don’t schedule appointments if it will take 6 hours to get to my car. I also shared I wasn’t happy that I was promised multiple call backs and never got them. She states I’m not sure what happened with that. She looks at Bryan and he looks at her and nothing further is said to me. That is not customer service.
