“I waited a few days before writing my review, because I wanted my experience to truly settle in and my review to be genuine and truly reflect my experience with how my dress shopping went. I am generally a nervous person and doing things like "bridal appointments" is just not something I'm right off the bat comfortable doing, and I had bad anxiety the day of my appointment stacked on top of the worry of not finding a dress, so I was having trouble being excited about my appointment overall honestly. I was greeted when I walked in, and then Suzanne came out and introduced herself and said she would be working with me. Right away she was immediately so kind and welcoming, and had a very calming presence that was super comforting and made me less nervous/intimidated about the whole thing. I have no idea if I was her first appointment of the day or not, but she made me feel like I was if that makes sense. She was so excited to ask me questions about myself, my vision, what I wanted to look like, how I wanted to feel, and made me feel like we had no time limit whatsoever which was sooo nice. She immediately caught on to the vision I was going for (which I felt like people were struggling with) which put my mind at ease, and she immediately started pulling dresses she had in mind, and let me look through all of the dresses as well. She gave me the full breakdown on what to do with the dresses which I appreciated so much because I felt so overwhelmed going into the appointment so her guidance was so comforting. The try-on experience of the dresses was absolutely incredible. I didn't mention it to Suzanne at the appointment because I didn't want to bring the mood down, but I was super bummed out to be going dress shopping by myself for the second time. But let me tell you, this is now one of my absolute BEST memories to date!!! It was fun, exciting, and the entire time Suzanne made me not only FEEL beautiful, but also LOOK beautiful! PSA to anyone going dress shopping, try on the dresses that your dress stylist picks for you!! They work with so many body types daily, and they know what their dresses look like on the body vs on the hanger, which I learned are completely different!! I said YES to my dress, and it was a dress that Suzanne picked for me! In fact, my top two dresses were both ones that she picked for me, and the dresses I had originally gone to the shop to try on weren't even coming close. I didn't think I would cry at my appointment, but I felt so much excitement and joy, on top of feeling so beautiful, there was no avoiding it. The prices of these dresses can't be beat, and the quality felt the same as the dresses I tried on prior that were literally 6x the price. I'm blown away by the customer service throughout the whole experience no matter who I was in contact with, and without a doubt in my mind I would recommend making an appointment with Bliss on your wedding journey. I drove 2 and a half hours, but I would have driven 24 hours to have the experience that I did, whether I found my dress or not. Suzanne, if you read this, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! You are a national treasure and I hope every bride knows how lucky they are to work with you. You made my dress finding experience unforgettable, and the most fun ever, truly. Thank you for being so kind to me, for seeing the vision so clearly, for laughing with me, for making me feel so unbelievably confident, and for finding me the dress I'm going to wear on my wedding day!!! I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with you, not only did you make me feel like we were best friends just looking for dresses, but you completely took away all my nerves and stress and I forgot I was even bummed to begin with. Also, you are so wonderful at your job that you found me a dress that I absolutely fell in love with, but also a dress that had things I didn't know I needed or wanted.
