“Came in to the store and the first thing I see this the board of brides names for October 6th appointment. I see my name there and think wow that so sweet to see my name, in that moment I felt important. After looking at the board and take a picture by it, I was greeted by a wonderful associate that actually turned out to be Suzanne that would help me with my appointment. She showed us to our area to sit, drink and have snacks. She asked if I knew what I was looking for in a dress and I told I didn’t really know but had some photos that was kind of across the board.

She also asked me about my price range so we can follow that and to make sure we don’t go out of that range, which I really appreciated because not everyone ask for price range. I told her my range was $1,600- $$2,000. She took my to the section where all the curvy size are which I was really happy because I’ve called around and not every shop had a plus size/ curvy size selection but they did have more than others. She pulled three dresses and then I pulled three dresses. I’m not going to lie there was a dress that she pulled that was only $100 more but she still looked at the price and asked if it was ok. I told her that was alright to take because that dress would actually turn out to be the winner.

We tired on many dresses and the experience was great. Suzanne was super helpful and helped me narrow down dresses. I kept overthinking one some and she noticed that and asked me a question. From there I kept thinking about what she said and soon we were down to the last two. I chose the final dress that I said yes too.

I would recommend Suzanne to anyone and the lovely ladies that work there at bliss. They are great and amazing. Also my family and friends that went with me said they had such a great time and would come to bliss when they get married next. I would also recommend the luxe appointment to anyone bring friends and family because it just makes the experience better. Yes it’s $50 for that appointment but literally made everyone that came with me happy.

I would like to add the prices are right for little boutique shop because I thought the dresses would cost more but they are just right.I can’t stop thanking Suzanne for the best experience. I will tell everyone now and in the future who asks me where they should go to get a bridal dress and I’ll always tell them Bliss bridal and black tie. Honestly I work in retail and customers service, I know what service looks like and that was IT! Thank you Bliss and the lovely ladies, especially Suzanne for the best experience”
