I called to ask for a ballpark price on replacing my Ford F150 Ignition Knock Sensor and the guy I spoke with was a total jerk. I called these guys because the Dealers are like this. If you want a reasonable shop that won't talk with you for more than 3 minutes about your problem without getting rude, Don't use these guys.

I took my car in to get new front brakes quoted (they refused to do it over the phone) m. After taking a brief look, they explained I needed both new rotors and pads, quoting me at over $500 for just the fronts and gave me a hard time when I told them I needed to look around more. I took it to another location (not affiliated with them) in San Rafael that quoted me (over the phone) $250. After bringing the car to that shop, they took one look and said the front brakes were perfectly fine! Not only is this place a ripoff, they're dishonest. Wouldn't trust them unless you know your stuff.

Finally found a shop I can trust with my classic '72 Vette. The owner has a fantastic knowledge base of older, and newer domestic automobiles. I'm very picky about who I let wrench on my vehicles--Boulevard gets my vote...

I've found my new mechanic! I was super disappointed when the Hyundai of Petaluma closed and was in need of a new mechanic. Dave squeezed me into his schedule in the same week that I called and his techs were extremely honest and friendly. I didn't feel pressured into anything and we be returning for my next service!

I've been going to Rick for years! Rick has kept my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado truck in tiptop running condition (with 450,000+ miles to date), delivers on time, so I can continue to do my vineyard work. As for my vintage car, Rick just loves it, so Rick has been great at providing extra smile miles in that department. Frankly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles…. I have a Ford Fusion that we purchased a maintenance contract. Took car in for an oil change and was informed needed brakes. They did not even look at my contract i had to tell them we had a maintenance contract. Then they offered to replace them for free but that was after driving 20 minutes to get there and waiting 15 minutes in line. You think they would know what services we have and they would try to provide excellent customer service. The oil change was on a Wednesday brakes were completed by Monday. When picking up car car salesman in lobby had no mask on and another employee behind the service desk had mask on his chin but nose and mouth were not covered. Not impressed with the quality of customer service
