Try to contact this shop to set up piercings for myself and two other people. Called and left a message and an extremely nice lady called me back a short time later. Unfortunately I had already booked an appointment and had service done before hearing back from her. However, she was so pleasant and so kind and understanding. I would absolutely recommend this shop!

Really hard to get a hold of. Went in to the shop was really nice and so was the staff but trying to get info via phone, website (no website) email is close to impossible. Otherwise nice place nice people

I can not recommend Christine enough! Christine has such a calming presence. She made me feel so comfortable. I do not do well with people touching my face. She walked me through everything she was doing, why she was doing it. Such a talented women!Can not wait to do my next piercing from her once this one heals.Not to mention her assistant (I do not remember their name) is also fantastic. So personable!

Me and my sister went to get our nose pierced and Akira and Christine made the whole process very easy and comfortable! They provided us with a lot of after care information and answered all our questions. I highly recommend going to them as they care about post procedure care.

Christine is excellent, she changed out a belly piercing for me and I was so impressed by her knowledge and years of experience, she is very clean and has such a calm confidence that put me at ease instantly even though she's changed the ring out before, it's always a little weird sensation. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a piercing or to get new jewelry. She has an enormous selection of jewelry that is wearable ART! Christine's beautiful shop is a jewel here in Petaluma.

We’ve had multiple cartilage piercings by Jess, and all have been outstanding. My teen daughter was VERY anxious, but really wanted to get the piercings, and Jess was so lovely, so patient, and so incredibly kind. Highly recommend this very amazing, competent human being.

Blue Lotus is a diamond in the rough. It is hard to find a piercing place in Petaluma. I will hands down recommend Blue Lotus from here on. Christine is a true professional who was caring and nurturing from the get go. Akira was also awesome and so helpful. My son came in for his first ear piercings and Christine treated him with respect, kindness while giving him step-by-step information and guidance throughout his piercings. She really went above and beyond and we were incredibly impressed. Go to Blue Lotus, you won't regret it!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Christine and Akira were so kind, caring, professional and knowledgable from the moment we walked in the door. My 14 year old son got his ears pierced and we felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. Akira helped us feel fully informed about the healing process. And Christine, a true professional at piercing, made sure my son felt at ease and empowered. She even provided gummy bears and a water to help calm his body after his piercings. She was sure to fully check in with him to make sure he was okay before we left. It wasn't only a piercing experience but a calm & caring environment. After being here twice I can say I love this place!! I came back because my jewelry fell out and they were speedy and accommodating in helping me. The studio is a very clean and welcoming environment. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. This is my new go to piercing spot!
