It’s been almost 3 months and I have been very impressed with this place. I am almost 50, was out of shape, and had no endurance or motivation and this place has been amazing. And not just this place, but the instructors as well. Also, I haven’t felt confident taking pictures in the last 5 years, but Yoga Hell has changed that.

I love Yoga Hell. I take the yoga and pilates classes and they make exercise fun, relaxing, and challenging. I'm new with it and they make you feel comfortable learning. I love that they make it fun with lights and great music to keep you going. I would recommend to anyone! No matter your level.

Been meeting my yoga needs for years! I have been coming to this studio for over 5 years- maybe 6+... As a full time working mom, the class offerings allow me to get workouts in when I can- early in the morning (5:30 am), later in the evening (8pm) and middle of the day when I can. They have a wide variety of offerings. Inferno Hot Pilates is a high intensity class with pilates based moves. I used to think this class was all physical for me and didn't address my mental needs, but I find when I "leave it all on the mat" I sometimes have a therapeutic cry on the way home. I think it is because I have nothing left to keep pushing down whatever is bothering me. Bikram yoga is not my favorite type of yoga and it took me a while to get used to it, but I do feel good and have better energy after a Bikram class. I do like the Bikram Beats class more than Bikram. This class has disco/low lights and music- like most classes at Yoga Hell, except Bikram. I was more used to Vinyasa yoga- which I love! So the Bikyasa classes are a great mix of Bikram and Vinyasa. Plus they have other class offerings sprinkled in the schedule or offered as a workshop. The owners are very concerned with their clients needs and are always making tweaks and improvements to meet the needs/wants of their clients. They have bathrooms, lockers, changing room, showers, and drinks for purchase. Some classes have childcare. They have different memberships available- in person only and/or virtual options (live and recorded sessions). The instructors are all friendly and very welcoming. Any level can start any class, just make sure to listen to your body and take break when needed.

The owner (Lynn)'s dog attached my dog while her unrestrained dog was inside of a yoga studio where she was teaching recently (Funky Door Yoga in Berkeley). Her dog got out of the studio and attacked my dog, who was leashed, as we were walking past. Lynn did not apologize or provide her contact information in the event my dog was injured; she dismissed my concerns, took no accountability and refused to engage in a conversation. I was only able to determine who she was after calling animal control. Incredibly irresponsible as a dog owner. Do not trust this woman - she showed no compassion or care and took no responsibility for her dog or the fact that it was unrestrained and aggressive.

I LOVE this spot! It’s such a unique yoga experience. Also the owners do a ton of giving back to the local community. If you’re looking for an a new studio you have to check this one out!!

good place to show up for yoga and enjoy the stretch as long as christina sherman doesn't show up and teaches the class how to be stuck up and conceited.
