We have found our new tech. When you have a Mercedes, your average tech just won't do. That is coming from an auto tech wife. You want someone that knows your import inside and out. This is the place for that. We had our GLK 350 in, this guy told us stuff about our car we didn't even know about! He takes the time to explain what is needed. Very professional. Affordable. We feel he is the best.Side note, we drive over 2 hours for his services.

Apparently when batteries (there are 2) are approaching failure on S-class Mercedes, alerts go berzerk. Our car completely shut down. After a 40 minute wait it returned to drivable, we contacted shop, and Danny said "bring it in now". He deployed his diagnostic computer, (low batteries), ordered and replaced same day, and we were safe to make our 9 hour trip back home to San Diego. Wonderful experience! He's top-qualified Mercedes mechanic.Services: Electrical repair

I own 3 Mercedes and I only have 1 person I can trust and appreciate to work on any of my cars, and that's Ben! I also entrust him to work with his associate and friend Danny. Both of them have your car and your best interest in mind. They will tell you what's what straight on, and give you options and costs on the repair(s); and the cause of the problem(s).The most important about my mechanic for me is trust and the mechanic's knowledge of his craft. Ben will not disappoint in both! I have known him now close to 2 years. Can't give enough stars, this guys are the best not only in Sonoma. I was driving from Marin if needed to fix something and so did my friends who own Mercedeses. Nobody can complete with this shop. They get original parts from Germany, they are meticulous and attentive. Just the best!

I brought my 2004 Sprinter in for an oil change, filter change and check engine light issue. In my experience a lot of shops are unwilling, uncomfortable, or unable to work on Sprinters. I met Ben, a jovial, straightforward man who understands Sprinters. I received a call the following day with a full explanation as what was needed and was told that the "cold air sensor" was faulty. He replaced the sensor $32 and completed the oil service. He checked out the car and determined no other service was necessary. No upselling or scare tactics. A great experience.

Old school no-nonsense mechanic. The dealer wanted $260 and 4 days to merely diagnose the problem I was having with brake pad sensors. Not only that, the person I spoke with at the dealer also had a curt "take it or leave it" attitude. In contrast, Danny at Mercedes Ben's fixed the problem (dirty sensor) for $160 in about an hour and even showed me how to fix the problem in the future.

I've been going to Ben and Danny as long as i've been driving. I trust him to get me the best prices for as cheap as he can reasonably charge. Hands down one of the most stand up guys and most knowledgeable Mercedes mechanics in Sonoma County hands down

It's more or less impossible to find people like Ben and team. He did a diagnostic on my recently purchased GLK and offered to keep it overnight to see how it drove cold (where the suspected issue was most audible). After re-mounting the wheel and finding it didn't recur, he said I didn't owe him anything on this one. Genuine people, recommend to anyone else.
