Apply for your first mortgage can be daunting, but Scott was there to answer all of our questions. We appreciated his availability since we work very long hours, and timely responses. Scott is amazing. He is great to work with, he is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and gets the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciate the regular communication through the loan process. Working with Scott really takes the pain out of the mortgage loan experience. I've worked with other brokers that have needled you for more information repeatedly, Scott asks for what he needs up front. I was able to close on an FHA loan in 3 weeks. We used Scott Lawson as our broker and couldn't be happier that we did. Scott is very knowledgeable when it comes to his job. He explained in great detail different loan programs and always had an answer for any questions we had. No matter what he was always a phone call, email or text away.
