I used to really love this place, when you could go out in the field and choose your own dahlias. I've been disappointed in the selection and quality and actually the whole farm since it was sold. You can only buy the dahlias they've already picked, and most of the time they're not fresh.I was also disappointed with the tubers I ordered and received last Spring. They were small and expensive-one small tuber when other companies send clusters for the same price. I emailed the dahlia farm to tell them that one of the tubers was soft, one never grew and the third one was a very weak plant, but never got a reply-VERY disappointed with the tubers they shipped me. I will never order from them again.

Such a welcoming garden. They have the most beautiful dahlias I have ever seen, there’s probably about 100 different kinds, and you get to walk through and enjoy them for free. All that they ask is that you don’t pick or touch the flowers and that if you wanted to get some that you check out there fresh cut flowers in there cooler room . I had so much fun with my friends that I had to bring my mom and grandma. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to picnic or to go enjoy some beautiful flowers. They even do live shows every now and then. Such a wonderful place and will continue to go every year.

I order dahlia tubers from Happy Dahlia Farm previously and was happy. I had been to the farm and shopped. However I ordered tubers this year and was very disappointed. They were small soft and somewhat shriveled. I reached out to them and they wanted me to plant them and see how they do. I have planted many dahlia tubers in my garden in the past and I do not feel like these are healthy tubers.

Meagan’s garden tour was terrific! I learned so much about Dahlias and how they care for them on the farm. It really is a happy place and I’ll be back for future events.

This cute little farm is free to park and walk around and look at the flowers. Dog friendly (on main paths and side grass) and they have cute little events from time to time. Plus fresh cut flowers for purchase of course.

This is a really nice place. I love Dahlias and there are rows and rows of them here in all different colors of the rainbow!!! It's calm and soothing to walk along the flower rows and is great for photos. There's also picnic benches, but you have to rent them for a fee. A resident rooster walks about. What I really like about the garden is that you can buy flowers here. Dahlias are hard to find and I love that I can buy them and make a bouquet. It feels like a farm away from it all but you are really about 5-10 minutes from the freeway and downtown Petaluma. It's easy for a stop if road tripping up north or a good place to come in the summer to escape the fog of the city.

If you injoy the outdoors and flowers YOU will love the vibration of this place! So many dahlias to see and take photos. On the day we visited, there was a camera crew filming for a local California show. There is an area to bring food and sit as you welcome the serenity of this place. As you leave there is an opportunity to create your own bouquet for a reasonable fee. We met folks from the East coast and Southern California and shared our travel journeys and live of flowers and botanic/botanical gardens. It was a beautiful discovery that has made a lasting memory!

What a magical flower farm. We love visiting this special place dozens of times per year. Meagan is creating the dream spot for you to visit that includes stunning Dahlias, a place for your kiddos to run around/enjoy and a place for you to attend events/even host parties. We had our Christmas photos taken here and they came out so dreamy! I am so thankful for all the fun times here with my girls and we can't wait for the field to open up again in the spring!
