Wayland did a great job explaining things during my oil change and investigating an issue I noticed with a sound my car was making. I'll definitely go back for my next oil change.

Customer service a little slower to service ride your vehicle. Car still in shop and no loaner offered. A little in convenience when you have to work every day except Sundays. We still have no clue when it will be released.
