Brooke is amazing, she really went out of her way to help me out. She provided exceptional customer service, she was very knowledgeable about my feet problems and recommended the best shoe that is suitable for me and also was very respectful and considerate of my budget as I am a college student. She really went the extra mile writing down notes for me so I wouldn’t forget anything. Shout out to her! 5 stars! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I used to run a lot but it’s been years since doing any serious running. I came here bc they carry Altra brand shoes which is the brand I used to wear when running a lot. They had a few Altras, but they helped me try some other great brands that would work well for my confirmation. The customer service was great and I ended up with some shoes I’m very happy with and looking forward to putting some miles on.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am not an "athlete " but I stand on my feet all day at work. I recently sustained an injury to my foot when I went on a very steep hike not wearing proper shoes. I have been in so much pain. Podiatrist prescribed anti-inflammatory meds but I am still in a lot of pain. I was a little intimidated to go in to this store not being a runner or some other type of athlete. The young man who helped could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable! He asked questions, and he listened and even though I had picked out some cute shoes, he brought me others to try on. The relief I felt when putting on the shoes literally made me cry. Thank you so much Cole for your outstanding help I am forever indeteted to you!!!!!!!!!!! I love that they have a 30 day comfort guarantee but I won't be bringing these back. Will be bringing the rest of my family to get shoes here. Thank you thank you thank you

I was looking to buy a good quality to rain jacket around Christmas and the helpful staff promptly ordered exactly what I needed. As a bonus it came just in time, before my trip to Quebec City. I like that it's close by and that you can try the shoes out with the treadmill. They don't have many options. For a shoe store they have way more clothes than shoes. Last time when I came there was a cheaper price than what she charged me, I pointed it out that the price was cheaper on the tag and she said it wasn't updated. No bueno.
