“I was looking to get a new portfolio and a friend recommended Pina Zangaro. Their wide selection of options gave me a lot of room to decided which one was right for me. I called a rep to discuss some of their options in a bit more detail and they were extremely helpful. After placing my order, I received my custom engraved aluminum portfolio in only a few days. They have amazing turnaround time. Upon receiving it though I noticed some slight imperfections in the engraving. The rep I spoke with followed up with me as soon as I got it. I explained to her the imperfections, sent her a few pictures and the next day she told me that they would be sending me a replacement shortly. I got the replacement shortly after. It was perfect! “They are pretty helpful, friendly, easy parking, great selections and sales, they were having free stuff items in bins to take, their after summer clearance, was about a week ago not sure how much is left, they put on right side as soon as you walk in, just how to buy any item they have in store, could be 1 cent[nothing for 1 cent anymore) anyways, they will do that for after Christmas probably just to clear their store room for more inventory”
