“I worked my whole life and was priced out of San Francisco, I retired at 68 and signed up with PEP Housing for low income Seniors 5 years ago. I was recently assigned an apartment at Kellgren Senior Apts. in Petaluma and love the location the great apartments as well as the PEP housing staff.”
“Location 10/10. Amenities, none. But what really makes this place worth living there is the Maitnance team. Freddy and his team are absolutely amazing. Any issues we have had with appliances has been fixed within 24-48 hours. It feels great knowing that any issues we have in the apartment with be fixed within care and urgency.”

“I've never lived there but I use to donate my time to 2 residents there and they love it there. It's clean and safe. Each resident had no complaints about this complex. If my mother lived in this state I would recommend this property. Nice place to live.”
