Looked on website for hours, says closed at 7. Got there at 4 and they were closed with no notice on door. I couldn't pick up my order.

Chill vibe in the Petaluma Adidas outlet. The staff was willing to answer my questions, and even helped find a shoe in the back for me. Left VERY satisfied with my purchase!?

Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst from any major retailer I have ever experienced. I ordered $250 worth of items for my father for Christmas and they shipped me a random pair of women's hiking shoes. I called them to try to get the right order expedited shipped so I could give my dad his gift before I left home and the first customer service agent literally hung up on me. The second agent said that they shipped me a replacement but I checked the tracking number they provided and it was for my original order, not a replacement. I have never been so upset and disappointment with a retailer before. Now I'm wasting my time on Christmas dealing with their incompetence instead of enjoying time with my family. I have spent $1000s of dollars on Adidas apparel in the past but because of how this was handled by their support staff will never shop with Adidas again.

Worst Experience ever! I ordered 26/11 with the promise of a Christmas deliver. They then cancel my order yesterday saying it can not be fulfiled yet all the items are still available online at a higher price. This is terrible Adidas - almost fraudulent.

Worst service ever and never order online with adidas. Placed an order three weeks ago. Already took contact with the customer service twice and they said the product will be shipped as soon as possible. Today they say that the product is not available in the demanded size. I asked the other size but they will not send me that and I have to wait. They will not give my money back either. So they sell items which they don't have. Worst customer service ever. Please don't buy online

I went Christmas shopping today and yes, the inventory was limited. I thought I was going home empty handed but Arturo came to the rescue. He was so attentive and helpful. He went to the back and found me the two sweat pants I was looking for. He was also just a kind and well-mannered young man. We need more Arturos in this world. Hope he is recognized for his excellent customer service!
