This store should start giving big recipes cause they are out dated on their system which is not professional specially for hardware store, this early am I asked one of the workers to hand me a big receipt he got in a bad mood saying that is not a modern store and he un packed everything I had in the bag with a very very not nice way throwing my stuff on the counter it almost seemed like he was in a bad mood already manager should take care of this person or even owners

What a great Ace location! Hard-to-find kitchen gadgets, always a fun seasonal section, and of course, hardware. It’s a treasure!

They are very knowledgeable and almost always have the thing you need. But I also find some of the staff to be unnecessarily rude.

This is the quintessential neighborhood hardware store that I remember going to as a kid. Knowledgeable staff, cool little store, bursting at the seams with all kids of things for your home. Even cool Knick knacks and such. This is always my first choice for hardware in Petaluma.

This store is all that’s good about Petaluma. Very neighborhoody vibe, very organized, friendly greeting within seconds of walking in. These people make eye contact and will provide expert advice on all matters. They also answer the phone and will call you back to follow up. I’m a customer for life! Thank you!

Instead of burning gas and driving all over town or buying on line, I will get the dog and walk on down to check here first. They are an Ace affiliate, so Ace weekly specials are on sale. This is definitely a fix-it friendly store with a fantastic assortment of fasteners. I've made 90% of my plumbing repairs with off the sheld parts here. Wonderful kitchen and canning supplies. Staff are knowledgeable and some are the sweetest people in town.
