Natasha Frank is a very definite 5 star professional who is genuinely there to help get the very best outcome for her clients. She puts you at ease immediately with her warmth, reassuring manner and expertise. In addition, she has a fantastic sense of humor which makes dealing with taxes bearable to say the least!! I am delighted that I have found Natasha to guide me through the taxing years ahead!!! (I am not sure what the one star review is about as the email is so scattered and unreadable and seems a one star in itself).

One of the most professional people I know. Has always let me know what forms will incur which price, and has always been upfront about her schedule, and when she'll be able to take care of my return. She's extremely good at keeping up with all the new tax laws and changes that come up, and implementing them correctly. I have had excellent and timely service with her every year for the last 7, anytime there's been a lag it has invariably been because I still have documents to provide; which she always details ahead of time during our appointment. I cannot possibly believe the user who left one star. Natasha would never treat a client like that, pregnancy or not. She didn't treat me that way, or the people I referred to her last year. She's an excellent preparer, and I'll be coming to her for the foreseeable future! Thanks for everything, Natasha. :)

Natasha is unprofessional never stated price day of appointment made an extension on the taxes for me i emailed the missing docs in May NEVER HEARD BACK emailed several times for the falling MONTHS till 6 months later i get email in October never stated that she be in maternity leave for 6 months?! the tries to charge me 800 after she made me wait for months basically taking more then half of my tax return! so i tell her that she gave a discount of "200" so now it 600 after you made me wait .. now its taking basically half my return. DONT GO WASTE OF TIME if it was materially or not you need to let you clients know price and if youll be away from office .. Overcharge would give 0 stars but cant.

I needed to find a new tax preparer, since Jim Troxel retired and had I nothing but errors with the guy that took over his business.I decided to try Natasha and had nothing but a pleasant and positive experience.She found another huge mistake that was made on last year's return so I am so happy I found someone that you can get a hold of, that calls you back, and get your taxes done in a timely manner. Natasha knows her stuff!!
