I called with questions, about my wheels, and within the hour my call was returned and I had all the information I asked for. Reasonably priced and friendly employees

Great, complete service. Morgan super helpful and although they don’t do all work (no VW timing chain replacement) I will return for tires / routine maintenance. Thanks!

This place is great you get a discount for being a tripple a member. They are very clear explaining what the issue is and the possible ways to fix it and all the pricing. The office people are very polite as well. They have worked on my car and I had them fix my mother's car as well.

Professional service with a staff that goes the extra mile. Detailed and helpful reports too. Called a driving service for us so we didn't have to wait at their location. Covered costs that are rarity in the business, and that is very appreciated. (Written by customers C&E.)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!I brought my vehicle in for its second tire rotation wanting to give this business a second chance but had the same result...the staff is unmotivated, unprofessional and un-trustworthy.By reading other reviews it looks as though other people have the same opinion.

We had all four brakes done on our travel trailer last Dec, 2021. Nov 22, on only our second trip with the trailer, one of the bearings broke and we got stuck and had to be towed. Let a message with AAA in Petaluma and told them about it and hoped they would step up. Their manager Jim Green called back and said he would cover the cost of the repairs. No problems at all. He talked to the repair place when they had a cost ready and just gave them a credit card to pay for it. Thanks you Jim. Great customer service. I will be using them again.

I broke down on the freeway in a truck I had recently bought off Craigslist, and I was able to just barely get to AAA auto and tire center, and I went in the second they opened. Jacob from AAA was able to help me right away and got my truck in for service that same day, I needed a new radiator, new distributor, all new spark plugs and new wires, and I thought I wouldn't have it back for at least a week, but I got it back the very next business day. And now the truck drives better than ever before and all my prior issues with the vehicle were solved. They were very thorough and did a test drive to make sure everything was back in perfect order and now I am so relieved that I have my truck running perfectly and better than it ever has! Jacob kept me updated and was very communicative about every issue or question I had. I also got a AAA discount for being a member. Very fair and honest prices and I'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you Jacob!

If I could give them no stars I would. My 71 year old father went to AAA on stoney point road in Petaluma which by the way he's been a AAA member for years , with a hug bolt in his tire and loosing air fast, the gentleman he talk to was not helpful at all. They were to busy to help him and told him that if he came back tomorrow MAYBE they would be able to help him. Now I worked in the automotive business for 33 years as a dispatcher in a shop and would be booked out for weeks and would NEVER turn away anyone let alone an elderly with only one vehicle and not help them. Would of squeezed him in and got him handled and on his way. I would never recommend anyone to go to AAA on stoney point in petaluma. Plus having irrigation employees dosen't help your business

I live close to this AAA Auto repair shop, formerly McLeas Tires. Everyone who lives in the mobile home park community where I live, which is just up the road from this shop, knew to avoid McLeas because of their reputation for bad service and high prices. I figured since it was now an AAA Repair shop and I'm an AAA member that I would get better service. I was wrong. I had a light on my dashboard and couldn't get my car to pass the smog test until it was removed. I took it to this shop on a Friday afternoon for a diagnostic; they kept it all day, calling me at 4:00 to tell me there was a small leak in the EVAP gas cap. They told me they couldn't get the part locally (I have a Ford) and they would try to get it the following week. They called Monday morning and told me they had the part. Again, I dropped my car off and they did the repair. The cost with the diagnostic was over $800. When I took the car to get smoked it failed the test because of the small leak in the EVAP gas cap. I took it back to AAA; they looked at it and told me everything was fine. I just needed to put a couple of hundred miles on it and then the "code would be cleared". This may be true but they should have told me that before sending me off. This was my 3rd visit to this shop for the same problem. I'm a 71 year old woman so I am used to being treated in a dismissive way when I need any kind of auto repair. This place, particularly the sales manager, Jim, did not disappoint. It did finally pass smog but it was a lot of running around and expensive for a senior woman to go through. I am sharing my experience with the mobile home community where I live. I will not go back.

Great service. Jacob was a great attendant. Went in for a deflated tire and thought I'd need to get a new set. The technician stated a patch would resolve the issue and for MUCH cheaper than a new set of tires.Patch has held months later with no complaints. Will use their service again if need be.

Headed over to this place to patch up my back drivers side tire that got a nail in it. They told me my 1 year old tire was "destroyed" and that there was no way it could be fixed. They then tried telling me that I couldn't just replace that one tire or even the back two (I understood why) and that I would have to purchase 4 brand new tires from them because it'd be hard to find that same tire brand I had. Huh. I then went to Big O tires, they patched that same "destroyed" tire up in 10 minutes and didn't charge me. It's been safe and fine ever since.
