I rescued two kittens and brought them here just to get a vet check and get wormed. They had my appointment time wrong, they were there from 11 to 4 with no food or water. When I picked them up their crate was full of feces and all they could tell me was the gender and that they had good temperaments which are both some thing I could've figured out on my own. I DO NOT recommend. Also, one of the cats now has a ding on its nose, not sure if it was from them or it's sibling. Wasted $135 for them to sit in a vet clinic all day.

My dog is a nervous guy, and he is used to going in and out of the vet ASAP. For his vaccinations its a routine that I medicate him and the doctor sedates him so he is in and out of the vets office as soon as possible. I make an appointment here, drive 20 minutes and medicate my dog assuming that it would be the usual, but instead the doctor wanted me to leave my dog in their office while they do nothing for around 1-2 hours without me being present. I obviously refused, as I was not communicated with that they wanted to de sensitize my dog and the vet was aware that I am used to being present while my dog is being worked on (even if it means I am in the waiting room). I could've saved a lot of time and would have never had to medicate my dog if there was just some simple communication about how they do things.

I cant say enough ! They took great care of my Nikki ! Nikki is a 12 year old Pit , had two growths on her back legs , they removed these growths , my dog is great now , she had no issues , they were very nice to me and Nikki , she is recovering nicely . I had a 1st opinion from another Vet , I took her to AZER, cause they were more competitive , in price , the DR is very good ! I will always take her back if needed , Highly recommended !

DO NOT. I have been waiting for the CA vet med board to prosecute AEZR since early 2018 for killing our beautiful 10 Black Labrador, Macy. I wanted to wait until I got that before any posts here. However, it has taken too long with Covid, etc. I hope they get shut down by the State as I feel they are negligent and careless. YOUR ANIMAL IS NOT SAFE there! My son took Macy in for a routine spay procedure and she never made it home. They didn't even bother to tell us it went wrong. They were supposed to call that evening, but never did. When he called the next morning, Dr. Emelio just said, "Oh, she died". We collected her body and sent her to Davis for a Necropsy ($1800). I hired a consulting vet to review the report, here are his comments: "Macy was still in season/heat, the right ovary was cystic. He used catgut! We have not used catgut as a suture in over 25 years. The right ovary was NOT tied off, right ovary was Not removed. Uterus stump was closed w/ inappropriate suture pattern. The uterus was normal. Macy bled to death, due to poor judgment, rushing to surgery, leaving right ovary in place, NOT tying off right ovary stump. STANDARD OF CARE WAS NOT MET!! Macy would have needed another surgery or could have died (had she survived) because of the remaining cystic ovary. This veterinarian reminds me of the old days of throwing the dog on the tailgate of the pickup truck out on the farm to do surgery." Dr. Elmar (Daughter) said that she assisted in the surgery. This makes her just as culpable, but I could only cite one license in the complaint process. Further, it appears they both falsified their medical records in showing that both ovaries were removed. In light of all that, it should not surprise anyone, but is all the more damning, that Dr. Elmar and Emilio failed to follow all proper disclosures, patient communication (it is painful to even recount the horrid way we found out Macy's fate well into the next business day), and blatantly lied to my son Sam and I when we went to the practice on the afternoon saying that she had a systemic infection on Thursday 11/09/18 - and then refused to allow us to even see Macy to say goodbye. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, AVOID A.E.Z.R! These people need to be stopped.

Everytime we've taken my cats or dogs here they've always seemed so much more at ease than I would have expected them to be. We went to take my cat yesterday, and it was a very safe feeling interaction, I'm very grateful.

Wow I'm completely shocked at the reviews that I've read about this place. I've had the most amazing experience with my dog there. First of all they only charge me $99 to do a check up etc. they ended up taking his blood giving a full diagnosis of his condition and discovering things that my previous vet that I had gone to two weeks prior did not find. I totally recommend this place and we give it 10 stars if I could.
